Surprised to learn that my daughter and her friend were grabbed by the arm, thrown their audio speaker in the trash, and that the very charming manager broke my daughter's friend's board game! All this for what ? Because they were about to order a drink but according to the service, it was not fast enough for their liking! I sincerely wish them to learn respect and to go and cook an egg with pleasure and good humor ;)

Feedback from last Friday: The food was very tasty and beautifully prepared. The service staff was attentive and made an effort to ensure we had everything we needed. My dog ​​also got some water. It's just a shame that the owner screamed so loudly in the kitchen, probably for three minutes. :-( I don't want to have a boss like that!

Table reserved for a birthday today at noon. No parking space, we drove around for 10 minutes. When we arrived at the restaurant counter, the waiters completely ignored us for 7 minutes. Finally, we asked for our table and were told curtly that we had to arrive on time, that our table had been given to others. Without apology, or even looking us in the eye. A scandal, never book there. With our 5 year old daughters and after a 40 minute drive, we weren't able to eat. Everything was full everywhere. Thank you Gypsera restaurant. We will not come back.

Received in a rude and unapologetic manner following a reservation given to another today when we arrived only 10 minutes late with our two daughters (crowded parking lot, etc.) Note to the restaurateur, please do not take reservations if you do not want to honor them. So be sure to have a no-reservation, first-come, first-served policy. The minimum is to call the customer before giving the table to another. This is the basis of customer service The staff seemed super stressed and the atmosphere was very tense and electric. That says a lot about the organization of the restaurant.

You can choose between self-service and friendly, courteous service. We chose a sunny spot on the terrace and enjoyed the afternoon sun with a view over the lake and the surrounding mountains.

I was a guest at Gypsera with friends on Sundays. Unfortunately, the view of the lake was blocked by all the people. The service was very attentive and friendly, but aimed at tourists. The food was okay under the circumstances.

Warm welcome, efficient service, you can eat at any time. Mediocre, disappointing dishes: soft rösti, as if taken out of a bag. Pumpkin soup, bland without character. Too bad we paid too much for both mineral water and coffee ☕️. The dessert was almost perfect: crème brûlée with bötzi pear, for 13.- francs all the same.

It's better than it was a while ago, good selection and nice location. What's incredible is that nobody speaks German! Schwarzsee is located in the German-speaking part of the canton of Freiburg. When choosing the tenant, I would have taken into account that they speak the language of the location. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars..

I recently ate a so-called 'wild burger' at Gypsera. I was excited. The taste of the meat (whose cooking point was very satisfactory) complemented perfectly with that of the caramelized onions and the cuchaule buns. The homemade, fried spaetzle rounded off the menu perfectly as a side dish.

We sat outside on the terrace in beautiful sunny weather. The beautiful view of the lake and the mountains was a dream. We had coffee and ice cream. We didn't have to wait long for our order even though it was completely full. So the kitchen really has everything under control and is well organized.
