Café Brühbar in Baden

Very tasty food and beautifully presented. The service is quick and the staff is also friendly. We also had coffee and a matcha latte, both of which were very good. Happy to come back!

The staff is super friendly, everything is prepared quickly and lovingly executed. Very good matcha! The food is fresh and delicious. Good portions. If I lived in Baden, I would be there more often :)

Friendly service. As an exception, they even allowed us to leave the clean racing bikes in the coffee shop. So we could enjoy the coffee in a relaxed manner.

In this vegan café, the matcha impresses with its great taste. The carrot and salmon toast is a real insider tip - delicious and vegan too. Definitely recommended! 🌱🍵

Went to the Brühbar for the first time yesterday and was thrilled. Generous portions, very tasty, fair price and nice atmosphere. I'll be back. :-)

Creative staff who made the effort for a special order

The interrerior equipment is not very special but when you put all the things toegether in result you get a cozy-warm feeling interrior with an amazing atmosphere and background music. In total I want to remark the vegan food, various delishious things and the menu is perfectly made for everyone. In total I would give 5 out of 5 stars. Best vegan Restauran in Canton Aargau that I've seen.

Nice location, in the sun. Good drinks and menu. Small vegan snack for in between. Coffee variations look and taste good. Aperitif drinks are also available. Everyone has to order themselves at the bar. It is served. Unfortunately we had to wait a mere 20 minutes for a coffee and a beer today, but in my opinion there was enough staff available.

Here I discovered the new brew bar with a work colleague. This afternoon we enjoyed the warm sunshine outside. The tables are towards Cordulaplatz d. H. Far from traffic. The wooden folding chairs are comfortable for short stays. The food is ordered at the counter and is freshly prepared. We decided on bowls. You can get non-carbonated water for free. The service is very nice. The bowls are not only beautiful but also very delicious and healthy. We'll definitely come back.

Orange juice 7Fr. for 3dl? Waited 15' for a coffee we were the only customers... there is still a lot to do...

Very nice service. I find food/drinks more 'chic' or 'trendy'. I don't particularly like the coffee. The location on the street is unattractive, but it is often sunny. The appetizers are rather expensive but fresh.

Very nice service, fine food, good coffee (also iced) and fair prices. Exactly what I imagine a coffee to be like! And open on Sundays :) We sat outside and it was very nice in the sun, but I also think that perhaps something could be done to improve the comfort and soundproofing inside

Stay away from avocado toast. Unfortunately not vegan. I was shocked to see that a maggot was crawling out of the toast!!! Returned immediately without any apology from staff. Just nothing! Absolutely not recommended. Very disappointing and very unfriendly staff.

Food, drink was good. Very friendly service. Nice that it's vegetarian. I don't find the atmosphere very comfortable. Too barren, too bright...

Delicious sandwiches and friendly service.

No accomodation from the waiter, ice-cold avocados, no salt or spices and the waitress wore shorter pants than I did at the street parade in 40 degrees with no wind. And when someone asks me nicely and immediately asks me “What’s the problem?” I no longer see the friendliness on my part…

Only 1 thing that is missing : Sunday Newspapers such as Sonntagzeitung or for NZZ, the rest is perfect ! Will go back there for sure 🌹

Dear Brühbar team We have been with you a few times now and are very happy. The food is super delicious and the juices and smoothies are wonderfully refreshing. A Kafi with fresh and healthy food and drink was missing in Baden! The location is great and the sun's rays on your terrace invite you to relax and unwind.

Coffee roasting is great! Espresso strong and aromatic. The sunny terrace invites you to linger. :)

Dear people, last week we were with you and we were very happy with the friendly atmosphere and the delicious food 😁 staff very accommodating and friendly... selection varied and very different in Bade where there was nothing but great joy spread the word like that and I'll be open to seeing you, go lie down and buy, it's worth it, thank you😍

I really like the cafe! The outside terrace in particular is very well located and the inside area is beautifully decorated! However, there are still a few points for improvement: - Interior noise (sound insulation) -At the moment there are still quite long waiting times even though there are a lot of staff present - the prices are very high, cappuccino over 6.- and a cinnamon roll 7.-

The only thing missing is the menu on the homepage!! Otherwise top top top, thank you that you can finally find something like that in Switzerland!! Reminds me of my breakfasts down under!!

Cute place, good variety of options, but poor service (no one greeted us, it was confusing where to order). Price for the coffee and tea were very high and the amount was very small.

Fine vegan food, freshly roasted coffee at its finest and great staff. This offer was definitely missing in Baden. They won me over as a regular guest on the first day 👏😍☀️🤗

This café in Baden is absolutely wonderful! I've been there twice and tried various juices and drinks, all very good, had a "sandwich"; it was not only very large but also very fine and light on the stomach as well as a punch, which was visually very beautiful and very rich and fine to eat. The interior is one of the most beautiful rooms in the area, and the seat in the sun is probably the best in Baden. In the morning with a match latte, a new tradition in my everyday life!

I went to the Brühbar for the first time yesterday. Nice terrace, everything ok. It's a shame that there is self-service, although there are many employees on site but none of the owners... Unfortunately, there were long waiting times at the bar, all the employees were busy washing up, unloading the dishwasher, etc. Nobody noticed the guests waiting at the counter... It's a shame. Needs improvement

Bright and sunny cafe. The coffee is excellent & there is a great selection of food. Any time again, highly recommended.

We were here on opening day. I advance 5 ⭐️ and here are some suggestions for improvement: - there is no marked place for dirty dishes (logistics would be easier) - small additional chairs for more seating when needed - Hooks for jackets We'd love to come back :)
