Delicious, lovely welcome, wonderfully located. Makes you want to come back to this beautiful city of Fribourg.

Quiet and warm places with a beautiful terrace for sunny days. I highly recommend the Marseille fondue as well as the homemade cordon bleu with ham on the bone and Gruyère!

Cuisine and family atmosphere, which doesn't exist much these days. The owner and her family have been children of the neighborhood since childhood. Bravo for this choice to take a business which is not easy. From fondue to the various menus offered and a la carte if necessary. A pretty room at the back of the café-restaurant for small meetings or events. Thank you for these good times! Don't forget the famous Bolzes carnival at the start of each year!

Nestled in the alleys, sitting at the tables outside is also attractive, for example at the end of a tour of the old town. Reservations are recommended for dinner. Despite a good distance between the tables, the noise level can increase when the table is full.
