Cafe Hollenstein in Regensdorf

Today it seemed rather sheltered here, there was a lot of dog hair under the tables, the glass of water with the coffee wasn't clean and the toilet could also be cleaner. The price increase was not missed. This is now “unfortunately” noticeable when it comes to tips!

I can get sandwiches wrapped in cling film at any gas station. I expect something different in a café. The friendliness of the staff doesn't help either, I assume that.

Clean restaurant with a large garden restaurant, nice service. Bus stop nearby.

Unfortunately we had to place the order for two coffees inside because we chose to sit outside. After all, it was set outside. We also had to go in to pay. However, the coffee and summit were fine and the toilet was clean.

Monday, November 8th, 2021 (10 a.m.) We were there to have breakfast. The young lady in service seemed very stressed and was quite rude to the regular guests there. We ordered breakfast with cheese. First she brought the cheese, the jam and the butter. Only after asking did we receive 1 roll, 1 bread roll and 2 slices of bread in a basket. She said that was something to start with (according to the menu there should be 3 rolls per person). When we asked for rolls again, a basket with slices of bread arrived. OK... we ate it, but when I go to a cafe for breakfast I don't want to eat regular sliced ​​bread. The drinks came quickly and the atmosphere is also appealing. The service urgently needs to be worked on here.
