Cool brunch, unfortunately the play area is not as expected. The children are playing in the passage... When there are a lot of people it's a bit hot and stuffy. But the food is good and the service is great!

Very fine fruit cakes...the best in the region. Vanilla ice cream hasn't been as tasty as it once was for some time now. Criticism: Vanilla ice cream has e.g. Some ice crystals (I already reported that). The consistency of the vanilla ball and/or the ice cream is no longer right (a bit more liquid than it once was) A pity.

The service was very friendly and patient. There is a large selection of delicious desserts and snacks/food. We pass by often.

A huge selection of cakes and tarts, salads and snacks. This café also makes very, very good coffee, you can look for it for a long time in Germany. Highly recommended.

Bakery has very good products. However, the best of the best is gone, the “SCHOGGIGIPFELI”. There is a lot of disappointment and the whole city is mourning this change. You can see the unrest among the people and I, as a spokesman for this community, would very much welcome it if the “SCHOGGIGIPFELI” was included in the range again.

The food is good, but I paid an extra surcharge in cash at the Sandwitch to consume my things in the back. However, I was then shouted at twice by staff saying that it didn't work and that it was rude. Thanks for the super friendly staff. Please decide that you will be better informed here and not that you will pay an extra surcharge and then be hit on.

Berliners are rather small. Cakes ok, patisserie and bread could still be improved. There is always a dedicated service staff who are happy to pamper the men :)

Great selection and friendly service

Were here for breakfast, it was simply great, starting with Rösti with fried eggs, salami, ham, cheese with fresh rolls (Gipfeli, Zopf). Orange juice and wonderful coffee rounded it all off. Cafe Koller is always worth a visit and the prices are justified.

I now know why there are always so many guests... It's really very good. Quality and staff top. Prices very decent. Thank you, gladly again. Recommendation: 100%

On Epiphany, baked goods were distributed to all commuters at Sursee train station - how great! This is how a day can start.

Lunch was good, restaurant was also well staffed. A guest at the neighboring table had two small dogs on the bench, which meant they were “sitting” right next to me. I am a dog owner myself and support dogs in restaurants. In my opinion, these don't have to sit on the owner's lap or on the bench. When I asked the clerk if she could ask the customer to take the dogs off the bench. Unfortunately, she didn't do this directly, but rolled her eyes and told the customer “she has a request” by nodding in my direction. So I had to ask the guest himself to take the dogs off the bench.

Highly recommended as a bakery and pastry shop. Always plenty to choose from. Very good cakes with delicious garnishes and beautiful to look at.

WHY WHY it has a lot of people (not occupied by gsnz) The winter garden is closed!!! Nice weather outside! The explanation that there are too few staff is possible, but not functionally relevant from my point of view. Because the path is hardly sustainable, it could be “much” further for personnel. Is it them? slightly more cleaning costs? The “one side” of the coffee inside is not attractive when the weather is nice - your guests can see that too!!! and get out of the way!!! --' It's not pleasant because you're always looking at the bright winter gardens with a view outside where the sun is shining brightly. Nice early autumn weather. So -- please open the winter garden. There will hardly be that much dirt in this beautiful weather. It has to be cleaned one way or another, right? There are some breads without milk powder and according to the list of ingredients they should also be vegan. These are also very tasty. I recommend the “Pain Paillasse” breads. The service is always very friendly and accommodating.

Great salad buffet for a great price!!! Food was very good and other menu plates looked really delicious and at a fair price!!! The service was top, Ms. Zihlmann Annemarie served us, she was super friendly and always had a smile on her face, not just with us, she was simply brilliant with all of the guests. Friendly and good-humored staff with wit and charm are rare these days and that's exactly what Ms. Zihlmann had!!!!! We would love to come back.

Petty and embarrassing We have ordered goods worth around €60 from you via online ordering. We also received a confirmation, but had to pay around 1.80 more when picking up the goods because apparently the prices (0.10 per item) on the website were not correct. This led to a bit of back and forth between the store staff and us. We were even told that unfortunately this wasn't the first time that the prices weren't right. We then paid the difference of 1.80, but found the whole thing very "petty and embarrassing" Otherwise, we can only recommend you as your products and service are always top notch Best regards Vreni and Markus

At Cafe Koller AG in Sursee in the canton of Lucerne in Switzerland, there are always delicious treats, such as super-fine cakes and a delicious coffee. There are four lunch menus and several warm and cold delicacies to choose from. We had the men's toast: chicken breast with mushroom cream sauce on a piece of toast. Plus fresh salads from the buffet. Everything is wonderful 🙂
