I have seen this shop for more than a year, and there is also a person on Tiktok who posts his work on making sweets and delicious kunafa dough from his workplace, but yesterday I came from Bern to Zurich to buy kunafa, and I am fasting and cannot taste it. However, I bought 2 kilos for 50 francs, but I am very disappointed because it does not look like kunafa. Never, as I am the first time going to this store, I did not want to come again and buy sweets because he does not know how to make sweets at all.

Magnificent desserts, my brother Muhammed is truly a master of this business, those who want to taste the food, those who want to see the quality should visit.

We were there normally with a few friends and then the employee said get out of here even though I ordered a tea and it was still full, that's not possible and I still paid for it.👎👎

Everything was fine, the hamburger meal was very delicious, the staff and customer service were new, and there was plenty of parking. In addition to the availability of all kinds of Syrian sweets with a refined and delicious taste.

This place food is amazing. The amount of food and the great price is incredible. As a middle eastern i am very picky with Middle Eastern food but i love this place and the tasty bread, thank you for good food and good prices which is rare in Switzerland.

If you want to taste Turkish confectionery specialities, you must enter this place in Dietikon. The staff is kind and welcoming. The tables are constantly cleaned and you have everything you can eat in a Turkish environment, located in the canton of Zürich.

If you want a real mocha (Arabic coffee), this is the place for you. There is also a huge selection of specialties to further pamper your stomach. Our warmth and openness was not only returned, it was exceeded. The price wasn't exactly cheap, but it was worth every cent...

Bought 58 francs worth of sweets in a box. The lady at the counter said it will hold for more than 10 days room temperature. Obviously I wasn't going to keep it for that long. But, just after 3 days the sweets were full of mould. The second time I went there the gentleman at the counter said always put it in the fridge, the ones with cheese don't hold for more than a week. So, If you consider buying a big box eat it quickly and keep it in the fridge. And don't listen to the ladies advice.

Little parking, but the location can't help that. Coffee strong and good. Sweet pastries were very good and not too sweet. What bothered me more was the attentiveness and friendliness of the employee at the counter, there is a lot of room for improvement. No greeting or farewell, no smile or happy that the customers came into the restaurant. I will definitely try it again and enjoy a shawarma or hamburger. Otherwise, the restaurant is nicely decorated and there was enough space. The counter is clear and shows the entire selection. I particularly liked the pistachio pastries.

I had dinner there yesterday with my friends. We ordered shawarma. I'm sorry to say the food was bad. You couldn't digest the meat at all. We left our food almost as we ordered it. The service staff were nice and friendly, but unfortunately the food was bad. Unfortunately I can't recommend it to anyone. With the best will in the world, I can't understand the good reviews regarding the operation. On the first visit I just wanted to buy something to take away, I stood in line for quite a long time, four more people came in after me... the saleswoman simply ignored me and immediately wanted to serve the person who came into the store after me, but she was a customer so correct and told the saleswoman that I got there before her...so far so good. It can happen when we're stressed. On our second visit we sat down, the pastry shop was practically empty and we had to wait 30 minutes for our coffee and the sweets we ordered... and the service was incredibly rude. On the third visit there were four of us... (2 people were also there with me on the second visit) everyone ordered their own sweets, but they all came on the same small plate... I can't understand that with the best will in the world... in Corona times or otherwise, I don't want the same ones Eating a plate... I pointed this out to the saleswoman, and she became quite unfriendly, as she had on the second visit... she said I should have said that... but we did. We were all simply stunned by this behavior as it had already happened three times! I will never visit this pastry shop again, it was my last visit. Baklava is still delicious, but the coffee is not at all! A pity! We recently drove past the pastry shop and remembered how stunned we were by the behavior of the employees there.
