I had chosen wild boar on the menu and it had been deleted...then I wanted pork cheek and again not possible So only the most expensive dishes remained. Very disappointed

We came for lunch at this restaurant with a group of friends. The owner and staff were very friendly. We ordered many dishes including Pizza and Spagetti which taste very good. The price was not so expensive and worth the taste. Recommended.

The pizzas are really really good, with excellent dough and quality ingredients. The appetizers are also tasty and aesthetically well plated. Excellent desserts. Fast service with a super nice waiter. Honest prices, very good value for money.

Great pizzas, close to perfection! Good staff, friendly and fast. Nice terras and you can also eat inside and with smaller size pizzas for less hungry people :-) One remark, drinks are a bit expensive. Total bill was 66 euro for 4 medium sized pizzas and 36 euro for 7 drinks

Great restaurant in the old town

Spaghetti and salad were ok, location in the center of Brig was great. However, interaction with the boss was not satisfactory because he spread a bad mood among guests and his own employees.

Whenever we are in Brig for business or pleasure, we look forward to a visit to the Restaurant Artisti. The staff is very attentive and friendly, even when the restaurant is busy! Thank you for welcoming and serving us courteously on our last visit, even at a late hour. The food was excellent as always. We'd love to come back! Thank you very much for sending us the forgotten jacket home so easily. This is truly customer service! Continued success! You really deserve it!

We came early in the afternoon without reservation. We were very well received. And despite a change of order in progress, they accepted this very well. Our pizzas were very good, the price was very reasonable. And we were served very quickly. Thanks to this team.

Fantastic lunch menu at a fair price. The service is very friendly and the restaurant is comfortably furnished. The outdoor seating in the sun is still wonderfully pleasant even in autumn with a beautiful view of the surrounding square.

Pizzas are definitely great! We already ate yesterday, so we decided on venison and Cordon B. Hands off! MEAT tough and tasteless! Service didn't ask... says it all for me! You know the non-Italian food is "weak"! Why put it on the menu if you can't cook it?

Food looks like it comes ready from the market. No special flavor, in fact a chemical flavor. The presentation of my husband's dish was beautiful, but without any flavor either. You had to add a lot of salt, pepper and cheese to rescue anything. A feather. There was still a person behind the counter with their pants down, in the back. Ugh. After we ate he did this. Anyway... I wouldn't go back.

We enjoyed a delicious dinner at the “Artisti” restaurant. The service staff was friendly and extremely attentive. Shortly after we sat down at the table, we were greeted warmly and our order was taken. We were also impressed by the very varied menu. The most I would like to criticize is that the plates were not warm enough, which meant that some of the food arrived at our table only lukewarm.

As restaurants in Switzerland, per current Covid-19 regulations as of May 2021, are only allowed to open their outdoor seating areas, I can't say anything about its indoor spaces, but the outdoor seating was nice, in the pedestrianised historic centre of Brig. Service was quick and friendly, and the pizza Napoli was really good, seemed authentic Italian.

3 stars due to the unfriendly and inattentive staff. Too bad... Pizza was good, unfortunately with too much "rubbery" mozzarella.

Wir freuten uns auf einen feinen Ferienabschluss - leider ein Fehlgriff in der Restaurantwahl! Salat schwamm im Öl, Pizza mit labbrigem Boden, das Cordon bleu Artisti mit kaum Fleisch aber viel Fett. Atmosphäre kantinenmässig: unfreundliches Ambiente, der Service (zu)rasch (kaum den Teller ausgegessen war er auch schon weg) was nicht einen Hauch vom Geniessen beim Auswärtsessen zuliess. Fazit: einmal und nie wieder!

very fast service. We have never been shown to a table so quickly from the entrance to a restaurant. Food also came very quickly and was good. We even received a free sorbet with our coffee

Waren hier zweimal Abendessen. Gute Karte. Freundliche, nicht allzu flotte Bedienung. Leckeres Essen. Am zweiten Abend gratis Kugel Eis für das Kind. Sehr zentral in der Altstadt gelegen. Günstiges Parken im Altstadtparkhaus.

Unfreundliche Bedienung, haben 1 1/2 Stunden auf das Essen gewartet, es kam dann noch die falsche Pizza und auch die Rechnung war nicht korrekt. Pizza‘s waren ganz ok. Aber leider nicht zu empfehlen, Personal war sehr gestresst.

Einfache und recht teure Mittagsgerichte. Simple aber okay. Wir hatten „Burger“, Nudeln und Pizza. Bedienung freundlich.

Ich bin oft im Artisti. Das Essen schmeckt ausgezeichnet. Ich schätze es ausserdem, dass jederzeit - also z.B. auch um 15.30 Uhr nachmittags - die GANZE Karte angeboten wird. Kein lästiges "Sorry, im Moment leider nur kleine Karte." Die Tagesmenüs sind auch bis in den Nachmittag hinein bestellbar und ein guter Deal!

Sur la place de Brigue se trouve un excellent restaurant qui ne paie pas de mine. En effet, son entrée par une petite ruelle ne fait pas la meilleure impression et son intérieur n'a rien de particulier. Mais sa cuisine est une véritable tuerie, du moins ce que j'ai mangé : un curry vert thaïlandais avec poulet et légumes. Epicé magnifiquement, ce plat était un délice. Mon amie a choisi le saumon au four avec graines de pavot servi sur un lit de légumes. Du grand art!

Ma femme qui est intolérante au gluten a apprécié l'écoute du patron qui a modifié les plats pour éviter tout problème. L'endroit est sympa et les plats (pizza et viande) étaient excellents. A recommander pour les spécialités italiennes.

Le personnel est vraiment gentil et accueillant. Nous avons commandé une pièce de viande et des spaghettis aux crevettes et à l'ail. Les plats sont excellents et la nourriture généreuse. N'hésitez pas à guigner la carte des desserts/fromage, ça en vaut la peine! Le cadre est calme, en pleine vieille ville de Brigue. Seul petit bémol : certaines entrées et vins sont un peu chers.

Nous nous sommes arrêtés à la terrasse du restaurant pour ponctuer notre belle journée à Belalp.La terrasse était pour profiter du magnifique soleil.Le service était déplorable. L'accueil a été inexistant, ni bonjour, ni sourire.Nous avons eu droit à 2 panachés et 2 coca CHAUDS. En tout cas tout sauf frais. Et sans glaçons. Quand nous avons demandé des glaçons au serveur pour nos consommations, ce dernier n'a pas été super sympa. Il est effectivement revenu avec des glaçons mais nous aurions trouvé bienvenus qu'il compléte nos verres.Nous déplorons aussi de nous avoir fait littéralement enfumé. Les fumeurs ne sont pas (tous) corrects.Nous sommes conscient que ce dernier point n'est pas forcément à imputer au restaurant.

Das Lokal leigt gut, die Räumlichkeit ist durchschnittlich ausgestattet, so richtig ansprechend ist das nicht. Die Karte ist sehr umfangreich, überwiegend italienisch, aber auch die Küche der Schweiz und Thailands sind such die Karte gelaufen. Das wirkt nicht unbedingt vertrauenerweckend, was Frische und Kreativität angeht. Das Essen ist entsprechend, wahrlich nicht schlecht, aber auch keine Offenbarung, Durchschnitt und das gilt auch für den Service, der ist nicht schlecht, es ist aber auch noch Luft nach oben.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at this quaint restaurant serving Italian food. Unique dishes include langustine pasta which was wonderfully flavorful, and the mixed salad. Great service too. If were not for our very short visit in Brig we would have went again.

Ich mag dieses Restaurant vorallem wenn die Sonne scheint um draussen zu sitzen. Als eine Freundin erzählte man esse dort sehr gut war ich überrascht. Die Ambiance ist gemütlich, der Service zuvorkommend das Essen sehr lecker. Nach dem Essen wurde vom Chef noch ein Kaffee mit Schnaps offeriert, dies sieht man auch nicht mehr oft..

Das Lokal wurde uns durch Freunde empfohlen. Wir können keine Empfehlung weitergeben. Eigentlich hätte man es wissen sollen, wenn man sich durch eine immens grosse Speisekarte blättert, die eher einer Bibel gleicht. Kein gutes Zeichen. Das Angebot reicht von Thai-, über Italienische-, Französische-Küche u.s.w. Mit diesem Angebot ist es logischerweise nicht möglich, alles frisch auf den Tisch zu bringen. Die Risottokörner waren aufgeplatzt und die Teigwaren verkocht.

Switzerland is expensive. This restaurant gives you value for the money: Good food, even our hungry teenagers were satisfied with the size of the dish. The not so hungry parents wanted to share a one-person pizza, and the staff made no fuss out of this. Nice place, a good choice in Brig.

I’ll for sure come back. The food was really great and got thumbs up from all of us. Very tasty and nicely arranged. My mum loved her salad and said it was the best meal she had in her 3 day visit in Schwitz. I can recommend the salmon, both the fish as well as vegetables were really tasty. Do drop by this small place.

Sympathisches Restaurant - gut gelegen gleich am Sebastiansplatz. Als Weinliebhaber war ich begeistert von der Auswahl an italienischen sowie lokalen Weinen!
