Best butter croissants in the region: Today, Easter Sunday, we invited 14 people to brunch and I had the fun of buying butter croissants in five bakeries in the Ebikon/Emmen region this Easter Sunday morning in order to have them tasted blindly by the happy guests before brunch. Result: The Vogel bakery's croissants were rated as the best by a wide margin. BRAVO. In addition, the service in the store is always friendly.

Bar / restaurant with built-in patisserie. Very clean. Many parking spaces available. It has a large outdoor terrace with plenty of seating. A good place for breakfast or for a good coffee with croissants. They also serve desserts prepared by their pastry shop. Good service. Prices are average for the area. Not too crowded in the morning, there is always a free place to sit.

Unfortunately, I was very shocked when the service lady in the beautiful white blouse laughed at us when I said at 12 o'clock that I wanted to have brunch!! I didn't think it was that great!!!

I always like to stop at this friendly cafe and bakery when I'm traveling in the region. Whether for a coffee and a quick look at the enclosed New's, a chat with the boss or after work for a beer with friends or acquaintances on the terrace. Freshly prepared delicacies from the bakery, wholesome lunch, homemade ice cream, snacks... recommended at any time!

WOW! A service in a class of its own. Very well done and you don't lack a sense of humor either :). The café is in a great location and we were able to park easily with the family. After the first bite you can taste the passion, from the baker to the service. Really cool and definitely one of my favorite café bakery ;)

I went on a Sunday trip with my 2 year old daughter today. Warm chocolate and chocolate buns for the little ones. A cappuccino and Silser-Gipfeli for me. As you wish - very fine coffee and crispy baked goods. The service is attentive, courteous and (child) friendly. We'd love to come back.♡

While looking for a restaurant or a larger coffee shop with a restaurant part, I ended up there by chance. Even from the street, this café makes a pleasant and tidy impression and there is more than enough parking space in the back of the building, which is particularly interesting and important if, for once, you are traveling with a really large car. The displays in the bakery are already quite impressive and drive the cravings even further into your stomach when you would have actually liked a real lunch. So straight to the coffee and restaurant part. I was able to choose a table in my own time without being pointed out somewhere and a beautifully printed A4 sheet showed me what there was to eat there today and with a more than enough selection. I was definitely noticed when I entered and sat down, but they first let me sit down and look around a bit and then I was asked in an extremely friendly and courteous manner what I would have liked. I was particularly impressed by the informal and extremely friendly service and so I enjoyed a really well-cooked lunch with soup and a small salad, including a main course and a drink. All in all, I came to less than 28 francs and was extremely satisfied. The fact that the grated cheese that was already on the plate wasn't exactly the one that went with the spaghetti was an absolute detail and hardly worth mentioning because everything else was really excellent and extremely pleasant. In order to write this report, I asked the owner, who also served personally, for once, who immediately involved me in a very interesting conversation and I explained myself to Ms. Vogel and she allowed me to take pictures for my report without any restrictions. If the weather had been nicer, you could have eaten outside on the large terrace directly next to the street, but repeated downpours unfortunately prevented this. It was once again, and it has really become rare among these, an absolutely random and extremely satisfying lunch that left nothing to be desired in all respects, at least for me. Various seemingly recurring regular customers confirmed this to me by being relaxed and very sedentary around me.

Big breakfast at Fr. 5.20 p.m.: 1/2 cold chocolate, 2 croissants, a pigtail, a few slices of bread, 2 small jars of jam, 1 butter and 2 small slices of cheese separately on a plate. It's a shame that the Corona losses are passed on to the guest.

Excellent bakery with restaurant in Emmen. A diverse range of breads and other baked goods. The products from the pastry shop are also very tasty. The take-away menus are also worth highlighting. The famous icing on the cake is the always very friendly and courteous service.

Two gold stars for the cafe. In the past, during the Kellenberger Sprecher and Kellenberger Müller times, this was the regular cafe every now and then. But since the guests know whether the toilet bowl and the window sill etc. were not clean on New Year's Eve through Schärli Arno and Wermelinger Beat, I now go to the pubs where the guests don't notice.

When we're outside drinking coffee and eating desert, it's really terrible! The whole place wasn't wiped, the tables weren't cleaned wet, the desert menu is horrible, I'm so disappointed! There was something hanging on the lamps, no information, but pretty broken!

The first impression is deceptive. Ambiance from the 80s. Slightly grubby. The “Coupes” make up for that. Not to linger. However, again and again.

The cappuccino was terrible, the cake tasted totally old. Interior totally locked and partially broken. The service wasn't visible for a long time, guests waited a long time to order or pay... 10 years ago it was still great, but today it's a flop and one of the worst cafes I've been to...

Kleines Cafe, bei welchem man auch essen kann. Wir hatten dort ein Dessert. Das hausgemachte Eis war sehr lecker und die Portionen finde ich passend. Personal ist freundlich. Schade dass die gemütliche Terrasse an der Hauptstrasse liegt. Sonntags geht es mit der Lautstärke vom Verkehr, Wochentags kann es laut werden

A very cozy cafe. You feel very comfortable there. The selection is varied.

Well located coffee with bakery. Also ideal with children. The furniture is a bit old. But it's clean. In summer, terrace directly on the street. But it's not so bad because you're sure to meet someone driving past. So you won't be alone for long. Coffee and cake are of good quality. Toilet available.

Came here for breakfast. Service was OK but not very friendly. Food came quickly and was reasonably tasty; after finding a hair in the basket of pastries. Mainly older people that come here who I assume aren't overally fussed about customer service and quality of food. Nothing really to shout about, better places to visit I suppose.

Garden terrace very comfortable. Restaurant is too dark for me even during the day.
