Xpresso Café in Emmen

Anything but a coffee house. Cappuccino watery and brewed way too hot. Foam is also more bad than good... Location very noisy

The security service was called because I didn't have my small, really non-disruptive and very calm dog on a leash. Of course I understand that the dogs have to be kept on a leash, but they could have made me aware of this first instead of calling security straight away... For me, this is a questionable, somewhat counterproductive action on the part of the management. Unfortunately, this experience makes it not worth visiting again for me.

Some time ago I was in this café for the first time, but unfortunately due to my experience with the service it was also my last time... It started when I was asked to place my order, as soon as I got there I couldn't even sit down, take off my jacket, let alone look at the menu. I had to ask the service for some more time. I then decided on a house coffee creation, but didn't want to use the whipped cream. When I placed this order, the service person rolled her eyes. When I asked if that wouldn't work in that case, they said that it wouldn't be the same anymore, that it was their creation as it says on the menu. They reluctantly accepted my request and another employee brought me the coffee with the emphasis “without cream” and that it didn’t look that nice… To be honest, I didn't care what this coffee looked like, the description on the menu really appealed to me, but without cream. For whatever reason, maybe I can't tolerate this? It was my wish, I didn't see any additional effort for your staff, they just had to leave something out. And I paid the same price for it, no problem. As a customer, do I really have to justify and explain myself for such a small adjustment? Shouldn't it be a matter of course for your staff to respond to guests' small requests? Really a shame and incomprehensible... As I said, it was my first and last visit with you!

Service nice and quick. However, the cake must have been in the fridge for a few days. Tastes like a refrigerator.

Prices are calculated individually. You don't get what you order. Was a regular customer. Was.......

The ice coffee is soso and when I ordered ice cream there was hair in it and when I informed the waiters she act mad about it so what i should not tell u there was hair ? There was kind waiters

Many different coffees to choose from: the menu provides information about all types. Fast and friendly service.

Had to wait 10/15 minutes for the waitress to take the order. And the service wasn't really friendly either.

It is a small but nice cafe on the top level of the Emmencenter. From this level there is direct access to the parking lot, which fortunately parking in this parking garage is still free. I find it to be one of the cozy cafes in the Emmencenter.

Good for a little break while shopping.
