Café Voland in Wald (ZH)

delicious products, chilling atmosphere… but check the bills carefully, in recent weeks some irregularities discovered (not ordered items on multiple bills)

Delicious baked goods and friendly service. Almond croissants are highly recommended.

Has the problem with the worms in the nut mixture now been solved?

A very cute cafeteria. The service is fast and friendly and the presentation is very nice. It's a spacious, central place right across from the Wald municipality, and it's really great that it's open on Sundays. The open buffet breakfast continues until late on Sundays. The cakes are very delicious. The chocolate varieties are incredibly colorful and tasteful. Parking is available.

Goodbye! I was in your cafe recently and I have to tell you, I had a great time with you! Great staff, delicious pastries and a cozy atmosphere! I'm not entirely sure anymore, but Ms. Verus was incredibly friendly and had a beautiful charisma. I will definitely come again!

Actually a good baker. But what I don't understand is that on Sunday at 10:30 a.m. you have such a limited selection of bread and there are no more lye peaks. Addendum. A week later, an hour earlier, no lye peaks again. Well, the Steiner is still available in the forest.

Great pastry shop, good selection, was there when I was visiting someone in Wald. It's a shame it's over an hour's drive from my home. ;)

Nice coffee, but unfortunately not very vegan friendly. An additional CHF 1 is charged for soy or oat milk with coffee (coffee cream)!!! Not up to date and simply incomprehensible.

The best Voland branch. The staff is very friendly and the quality is worth it even if it is on the expensive side.

Good selection, very tasty croissants and nice fine particles. Unfortunately, the service was a bit sloppy, but that could be because I was there very early and they had to clear things up a bit. Since the quality of the goods is more important to me than friendliness in a bakery/pastry shop, I don't deduct a star. And I would definitely go there again.

I always really enjoy coming here. P.Meyer ps you have to get the fries here. Wow so good.

Fine ice creams are available here! Good staff. Friendly and attentive. Very fine baked goods. No matter what you take, it's just fine! 🙂👍🏻 I hope you stay independent and don't let a “big” company buy you out! I can recommend the strawberry tarts and the Schlummberger! 😋

Well located shop with lots of good sweets and various breads. In particular there is the Baumerfladen, which is very good, especially with a little butter.
