Passing through Mesocco after a tour of the hamlets - attracted by the “Costa Svizzera” sign - I stop for lunch! Good choice! Super rib (already cut into strips) with french fries; unmissable Lemon Gazzosa. Beautiful outdoor space and characteristic interior. I recommend and will return!

Passing by on my motorbike, I stopped to eat something simple. Attracted by the photo well displayed at the entrance, I take the chicken cutlet sandwich. Contrary to the photo, the sandwich (a bit cheap) arrives in hamburger bread, which doesn't fit the bill (if you run out of bread, let us know and the customer decides, it's called honesty...). A delusion. 12 francs for an "improvised" sandwich, with a probably frozen cutlet, enriched with mayonnaise. Well… Then, I go to pay with the card and they tell me that they don't accept cards (in 2022? In Switzerland? Robedematt). Drop everything, get back on the motorbike and go find the bank to withdraw money. So, just to digest. At this point, I even stopped wanting coffee. If it gives me so much... Pleasant stopover? Will I go back? Would I recommend it? Do it yourself, by feeling. Ah, detail: all those Pinocchios, at this point, have their own reason.
