I waited over 20 mins and no service was provided even though the place wasn’t busy

It's quite good as an emergency solution, not having ice cream in 30 degree heat is abysmal, as a bakery Dr HUG is in a completely different league and much better

Maggi + Gabriela have been running the Pavino for several years with composure, a really friendly demeanor and professional management as - in my opinion - an equal tenant duo. Very centrally located, great outdoor seating and a pleasant atmosphere inside!! Delicious, homemade snacks like the fresh clay rolls, whose recipe is highly sought after but guarded like a treasure! The corn croissants, which have not been seen anywhere else, are extremely addictive because they are incredibly tasty. The whole of Horw meets in the Pavino, which is really great, it's much more than just a "drawer filler", it's a bistro!! I'm by no means an expert, but I also think the coffee quality is good. A must for me in Horw and an indispensable place. Great!!Of course there are newspapers too, so sometimes I write things...sorry. Newspapers??? It goes without saying. And have I already told you something about these 🌽 summits...and☕????
