Good coffee & great opening times. Unfortunately the service is absolutely unfriendly!

Cappuccino without foam, unfriendly & stressed staff, lack of consistency in quality

Burnt coffee and unfortunately I didn't receive the correct order after repeating myself three times and even using the Italian term for flat white

Latte macchiato watery, without coffee flavors for 7.10 Fr. a cheek; Quality obviously varies greatly

I only give 5 stars if: 1. polite / welcome 2. service impeccable 3. location looks good 4. price/performance ratio is right 5. no negative points. When I look at the negative reviews here, these customers or guests should first reflect on themselves!!! Always remember that this service where you provide greeting everyone is not as easy as it looks!!! Stand behind the counter yourself, first experience it for yourself, then write with a star rating and start writing based on personality. Every person is different!!! For this team, where I have been coming for over 5 years and always like to get my coffee with a smile, I always get a smile in return!!! That's why Google users want to hide behind domains or fake names that reflect themselves!!! the way I am so I get it back over!!! I was here in this bar yesterday morning at 11:30 with my husband, good coffee and delicious croissants. The Italian boy was very nice and we thank him. We come through the station every day and the service is definitely the best we've had here. I hope this message can reach him!

As always with Spettacolo, relatively expensive, but worth it because of the good coffee. What is not at all typical of Spettacolo here: the unfriendly service of all time works here. The fact that you are not greeted is still bearable. But this lady communicates with her customers like a dog in a sheepdog park with a maximum of “Yes!!”, “There!!” and an annoyed “Please!!” - and exclusively these words. I thought about leaving without coffee or payment. Please train your employees and make inspection visits.

Barista/worker said they were out of many things despite them being advertised. Rude to multiple customers, including us. After the multiple times going here, I've never had a "nice" experience with customer service.

3rd time coming here ( because there is no other coffee place in sihlquai underground), always very unmotivated and unfriendly staff. Once a lady even complains about me in Italian to her friend sitting in the caffe (maybe to give ger company while she's "working"). well i speak Italian.

I was in this café this afternoon and have never experienced such a rude service (young woman) in my life —> It should be zero stars! There were two other people in front of me and they were all treated so unsympathetically, grimly and with an evil expression. Unbelievable and also a shame!! 😠 I have also read here directly that this seems to happen often. The staff should be well trained. Friendly service is the be-all and end-all when it comes to enjoying going to a café again! Never here again and certainly not those before me either! 😉

Today December 11th / 8:30 p.m.: Was there briefly to pick up an order. What a nice, friendly employee, rarely has anyone been so friendly in a takeaway this late. An asset no matter where he works :)

Super fast service. Very practical if you need to get a coffee for the train ride that is about to take place. The staff very friendly.

I don't recommend going here!!! The taste was so-so, but that's fine and all. But the employee working there was EXTREMELY rude! (lady with blonde hair) Absolutely the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Please save yourself and get coffee anywhere else but here.

The salesman only listens half-heartedly when you order and then has a cheeky face if you don't simply accept what he throws at you.

Unfortunately, the cappuccino was also a disappointment on the second attempt and absolutely not worth the CHF 6.60. Unfortunately, the service was also quite unfriendly both times. A pity.

Luckily there are even more cafeterias in Zurich train station. I was looked after by a very unfriendly blonde lady. I asked her for oat milk and she refused to do so because she had already made my coffee. What she had already prepared and just served, it was an intense cappuccino, but there was nothing intense in it. I felt it because I didn't waste it, but I wouldn't go back.

Change your staff immediately! Unmotivated, overfilled my cup (I had to clean it myself) & he handed me the bag with the bread upside down so that everything fell out on the floor. Did not offer a replacement... 🤨 Never again.

Iced coffee for 4.60. milk costs extra. Rude service! Just ice cubes with coffee that doesn't taste good.

Drinking downstairs at HB Zurich. The espresso was in the cup in 6 seconds, but unfortunately the taste was correspondingly poor and the brewing temperature was too hot.

We were served not what we ordered and when pointed out, the barrista started arguing with us. Very very unprofessuonal and unfriendly.

Ms. Arzu manages the cafe perfectly. Coffee and food everything is great. I am very lucky to have stopped by and spent time in this cafe during my trip to Zürich Berlin.

Certainly best coffee in HB. The staff is exceptional, always doing their utmost to serve drinks quickly so as to satisfy even those who have a few minutes for a coffee between one train and another. It seems obvious but in other bars the waiting times are always longer, even outside peak hours. Coffee is only half the energy boost you get in the morning by having breakfast here. The other half is provided by the staff. Thank you.

Coffee with milk not recommended there

In the morning there is always the heavenly smell of fresh pastries. the staff is very efficient, especially in the morning when everyone has to stress about getting on the train. I've now tried the hot chocolate with oat milk everywhere at the HB and it simply tastes best! Depending on who is on shift, different music plays which always puts you in a good mood! I wasn't turned away even shortly before the store closed, even though it was already being cleaned. (I can understand that motivation leaks out. Sorry again for the circumstances). The prices are basically Zurich prices but you get more for your money than in other places around the main station.

The service was extremely rude. She was busy cleaning while she took the order (which isn't a problem in itself) but ignored the request that the drink be made with lactose-free milk. After we pointed it out to her twice, she got loud and said it was already being prepared and we hadn't mentioned it. Since the nice lady didn't want to re-prepare it, we were forced to move on without shopping from you.

even there was not much going on, the milk for cappucino was not made fresh, just poured in from a big bucket, not on temperature, no consistency anymore. My excitement for a nice cappuccino was gone even before I started drinking

I found the staff very rude. I then got a black tea instead of a black coffee, which wasn't a big deal. But the way the service was served was terrible. I didn't feel comfortable or welcome at all.

A cappuccino that is not freshly prepared but is kept in stock next to the coffee machine and sold like that does not meet my expectations at this price.

We have been waited for more than 5 minutes trying to call the barista many times, but no one showed up.

Basically I wouldn't eat anything I got from there except if I was very hungry, here's what I got (toogoodtogo): 1. A salami cheese tomato sandwich: dry, the bread didn't taste fresh, no sauces, very little flavor 2. A croissant with jam: just bad. the kind you would never think about eating unless you're exceptionally hungry. 3. A croissant with cheese. Just dry slices of cheese, that's it, no other ingredients. The croissant was again bad, the cheese was alright (kind of hard)

The café is careless and has been extracted for too long. Apparently there were no trained barista staff on duty here. If so, could you please tell me your brew ratio? 20/50/100? At least that's how the café tastes. Too bad about the coffee beans

Unfortunately, the employee was unable to sell a gift voucher yesterday afternoon; Firstly, she didn't know anything about this card and couldn't load it with credit.

A somewhat cramped cafe with a suitable selection and the well-known coffee. Actually a take-away, but has some chairs to sit down for a moment. In addition to freshly made coffee, you can also enjoy sweet pastries. The service was very friendly and uncomplicated.

There is also Caffe Spettacolo here, in Zurich main station. There are no larger seating areas here, like in Schaffhausen, but the quality and the friendly, courteous staff are also present here. The business here is more focused on out-of-home sales. What doesn't detract from me personally is that when I'm in Zurich, I always drink my caffe latte here. The quality of the croissants is of course the same as in the other branches. As always a pleasure! Highly recommended, therefore five stars from me.

Perfect for a strong coffee (my favorite is their cold brew) or a quick snack (the sfoligliatelle, yummy!). Since it has a new design, there are also seats available.

Very good coffee. There is a large selection of milk (lactose-free, lean, soy, etc.).

Too small, you have to sit elbow to elbow with other guests. So the Italian system that is consumed standing at the counter is better. But the coffee is good!

Great espresso with very tasty peaks in special variations. My favorite place to buy breakfast for the train in the morning. You can also sit there quite nicely and enjoy coffee specialties.
