Very good coffee. Good ambience. Prices without table service are high. The staff is rather demotivated and bored.

I didn't eat so I can't judge But the coffee was great And the service was very polite and friendly The atmosphere is small but nice and you feel very comfortable in the restaurant

Very comfortable if you have to wait a long time for a train, I felt very comfortable inside.

I will come again and try to eat the Hot Stone again😊 if something like that is on the door, and I really hope I get this food. The application will remain until the next time I come to Altstetten.

I have been here every working day since 2016 and am simply satisfied with the great service from this dedicated team. A big thank you at this point💕👌🙂! Fall 2023. I haven't come for a long time because the same Italian songs were playing endlessly. Nice, but always the same. Now I'm coming back since a radio station can be heard - buonissimo 😃👌👍️!

Chai latte and coffee were good. However, at other Spettacolo the drinks are better. I can only recommend chocolate croissants. The service was okay. The cafe is just at the train station, very convenient.

08/20/23 Zurich - Altstetten - 1:00 p.m Dear Valora AG - You have a product "Ciccolata d'Italia" (or something like that) in your range that you sell, but so far NONE of your "specially trained baristas" seem to be able to prepare it correctly. -.- I ordered the product and when I saw her doing it wrong, I questioned it: "What are you doing?" She was completely perplexed and said that was the way they let it out. Then I told her, Sorry but that was NOT Ciccolata d Italia. Just then I got a call. I was disappointed and frustrated because I was really looking forward to it. I told my conversation partner: "Oh man, they have no idea how to prepare Italian hot chocolate." The waitress somehow felt it necessary to say to a visibly very disappointed customer: "Sorry, but you don't have to insult me. So you can leave straight away!" I neither insulted nor offended the lady, nor was my tone inappropriate. And nothing at all that should be taken personally. There is an enormous need for training in crisis management and, above all, how to serve this Ciccolata d’Italia correctly! Therefore… Service: 0 stars The waitress's complete inability to even begin to correctly assess the situation and to perceive the customer's frustration as a personal insult. Food: 0 stars - Offer something with a corresponding price, but complete ignorance of how to prepare it and therefore how to serve it.

Every time I enter the restaurant there is no one at the counter and there is a queue. A few weeks ago the lady was also in a very (very) bad mood. I always leave without buying anything. Either there is a lack of staff at the location, or the staff is not aware of their responsibility (brahf location). I am always extremely satisfied at the Lucerne location or in other branches (including Zurich airport).

I go regularly despite being unhappy, hoping that things will get better. The latte macchiato is prepared like a cappuccino. In my opinion the milk is not foamed correctly (sometimes too hot). A 7.- coffee should definitely taste better.

The price of the cappucino was usual for Zurich. But quality is well below standard. Then I'd rather go to Vicafe or Boreal.

Very good products. The staff, on the other hand, doesn't seem particularly motivated at work. This struck me as rude and condescending.

You can comfortably drink coffee ☕ and enjoy your croissants, although the coffee ☕ is a bit weak

The caffeine-free (decaf) coffee is good and there are various vegan milk alternatives. The cappuccino had foam that was too porous and no latte art (see photo). The service was nice and you didn't have to wait long. Update June 13, 2022: Nothing has improved, in fact it has gotten worse. The caffeine-free coffee tastes watery, the latte type is not apparent and the service is not good. You should save the money!

Coffee was good and the staff was attentive and friendly. The sweets were very tasty. There are USB sockets everywhere right next to the seats as well as power connections for laptops etc. Would come again. Price was okay too.

Very early Monday morning my daughter and I drank coffee in the branch at Altstetten train station. The two ladies behind the counter were incredibly friendly and their good mood seemed to infect all the guests. They exchanged a few kind words with everyone and laughed a lot. Such friendly and cheerful service is not everyday and is so valuable. It was such a nice start to the new work week.

Today I was in front of a closed cafe at 6:30 p.m. even though it says open until 7 p.m. :(

You take coffee and drink it in front of the door! It's really sad and increasingly ugly. You can't sit down and enjoy it. This is how you can do it on your terrace and save 10 Franciscans.

There is also a Caffe Spettacolo in Altstetten train station. The usual good coffee and delicious snacks speak for themselves. In addition, as in all branches I have visited, the staff is very courteous and friendly. In addition, meticulous attention is paid to cleanliness and hygiene everywhere. That's why I always enjoy being a guest here.

Unfriendly, long waiting times because of smoking with compatriots. Don't have a tablet ready for discussion. It's all things that you don't do when customers are in the store. I know a few Caffe Spettacolo and I was very satisfied

I had ToGoodToGo and was there at 7:03 p.m., but the store was already closed even though pick-up would be until 7:15 p.m. and it also says online that the store would be open until 7:30 p.m. First and last time with you.

Nice bar to have a quick coffee at the rail station. Coffee is good, nice selection of pastries, kind staff. Do not expect anything upper class thought, it's still a bar at a not so big rail station located at the edge of the city.

Fast service, good coffee and baristas who feel like they've been the same for years (very positive)! Unfortunately there is currently construction site noise.

A normal coffee shop at a convenient location just at the train station. Not so many choices though, so don't get your hopes up. Very cozy though, quick service. A bit pricy for a normal coffee shop.

Good place. Newly renovated. Also opens on weekends. Seating options inside and outside. In summer it is very comfortable outside, with little or no street noise. Good coffee. Changing offerings of cakes, sweets and savory items. Nice service. A bit expensive.

Fair prices and nicely-sized coffee cups. Not so much space to sit. There is a washroom, too. No entry steps, and no steps to the washroom either, so a wheelchair or a pram can go in there. Staff is ok. Outside-seating also available.

You will get a standard overpriced coffee here with poorly educated and underpayed employees. So what do you expect?

A barista really can't work any slower or more inefficiently. Really difficult if you want to enjoy a QUICK coffee before the train journey.
