Yesterday morning at 7.30 a very arrogant employee, because I ordered 5 croissants and butter croissants, she told me that next time I should order them by phone, what a shame... this morning she doesn't say good morning to anyone!

Very nice team. Despite there being a lot of people, the restaurant was very clean, all the tables were cleaned immaculately. The two ladies behind the counter were friendly and quick. The drinks were great as usual and the food was also very good.

I really like the Ceffè Spettacolo and would much rather consume it here than at other well-known international coffee chains. Unfortunately, I have found several times that consumption on site is not pleasant as a non-smoker. There is a strong smell of smoke coming from the main door (I noticed the same thing in Altstetten and I wasn't necessarily sitting near the main door). Here in Dietikon with the smoking lounge you can still smell it clearly... unfortunately I can no longer enjoy coffee. A pity...

There was a new employee today. I think it fits very well. He spoke to me in a friendly manner so that I immediately felt comfortable.

Hello everyone I am a customer from Spettacolo in Dietikon. Paulina is very professional, happy and very personable. I would recommend her to all employers!

I come often here, the coffee as well as their bakery assortement are delicious! Just a small input regarding serving the customers: I think it would be better to serve the customer one by one - from a customers pov it quite confusing and not really more efficient than just waiting until the previous order is completely finished.

I especially appreciated their pastry and pastry-style menu for breakfast. They also have a wide range of drinks. Of course, I think a black coffee goes well with the buttered gipfelini. It is a spacious place where you can have a good time with your guests at the train station. I must also mention the kindness of the staff.

Top branch / fast and friendly service! When Tamara (the sunshine) stands behind the counter and people enter, the greeting is always warm, courteous and cheerful. It feels like being in a cozy room with friends. And everything is always clean/hygienic. LGBTQI+ friendly 🏳️‍🌈

The employee who almost always works there at around 8:30 a.m. is sweet. It always puts me in a good mood in the morning. Coffee and the pastries are very, very good!!

Cappuccino is not prepared correctly, the milk is too solid, there is no emulsion, double espresso is too long and served in a cappuccino cup. Toilets are dirty and don't flush.

Don't try the new Cold Brew Spritz.. My husband asked the waiter if it's good, she said she never had it. We paid 9.- to try but neither of us liked it.. Its a weird mix of spritz and coffe but tastes like compost shot. But they were kind and traded it to a Limonada:)

The staff is friendly but I have to say they are pretty poorly trained when it comes to making coffee. How can you use a coffee strainer over and over again without cleaning it? That is impossible. I have already ordered coffee there three times and the sieve is tapped on the table once and the fresh ones are ground on top of the remaining burnt wet coffee grounds. It tasted accordingly. Simply sour and burnt. Milk frothing is carried out by the machine, which is actually not professional at all, which is why the milk was extremely hot twice and there was no milk foam for a cappuccino but the milk collapsed immediately. I don't understand why the employees aren't trained. Otherwise it would be a good coffee at the train station but it's basic things that are a must for baristas!

Next to the Dietikon train station, this Cafe is pretty lively. In the mornings they have freshly baked breakfast items. The coffee and other drinks are a bit overpriced. But the coffee tastes good. It gets very vibrant on sunny afternoons and on saturday mornings.

I used to come here often for a coffee at lunchtime. The staff is friendly and the coffee is excellent. The small terrace in front of it is nice for watching the hustle and bustle in summer.

Standard cafe with ok snacks and milk coffee styles, but don't expect third wave. Expensive, espresso closer to 5 CHF.

Online people have been meeting here for the monthly #SocialKafi for several years. The service is always friendly and accommodating. The coffee and croissants are very good. The location right on the track is an ideal meeting point before or after work.

The best cafe the chain has. Where the staff is friendly and works quickly. Not like in Lucerne where you don't even get the toilet key if it's free.

Staff friendly and coffee good. What is extremely annoying is the omnipresent smell of cigarettes, despite the smoking room. Such chambers also exist in Tokyo, for example, but they are next level. Maybe consider?

Delicious coffee selection, also available with soy milk. Unfortunately the tea is always much too hot. But the new vegan croissants are great, and you should also try the black CARBONE. Tastes like sweet panetone :) Unfortunately, it's no longer so "comfortable" in the Kafi. The old floor plan was more spacious. It's nice to sit outside in the summer and watch what's going on on the square. A few comfortable leather chairs similar to Starbucks would be great.
