Picked up food today via Too Good To Go. The actual amount of 15.- was not given to me, the lady gave me a bag worth 13.50 francs instead. Likewise, you shouldn't pick up the customer's cell phone, which the lady behind the counter unfortunately did. I used to be a big fan of Spettacolo but those days are probably over. Very unfortunate...

The employees they are there now have no respect and talk a lot

It doesn't matter which person is behind the counter, they are ALL friendly and nice. Also open on Sunday and the staff is super friendly even on Sunday. If only it had 10 stars. , I would give 12 ⭐ ... !

I love to go to Spettacolo, especially when Emine and Neemat are there i know my day will be much better, always with the kindest smile, to welcome you and to talk to you in a carring way. Shout out for those two workers, the place wouldn't be the same without them.

Delicious and tasty. Ordered an egg croissant (chf5.3) and caffe crema (Chf4.5). Tables comes with ports to charge your device. Free toilet but need the code (4 digit) from the counter. Recommended!

I've been drinking my coffee here for a few years and can only recommend it to everyone! It doesn't matter whether it's Emine or someone else from the team who serves you, it doesn't matter because everyone knows their job very well and completes it with complete satisfaction. The service is absolutely top, fast and very reliable. Unfortunately I can only give 5 stars otherwise it would be 10.

The manager was rude. Used to come almost every week after work to study for 1 hour until one day the manager complained that I couldn’t study and I had to order. Of course I had ordered a drink or something to eat when I arrived. If the place was full, I could understand but it was mostly empty. Lost a customer!

I really like the Croissants in Spetacolo and also the service is very good. Most of the people working there are very nice. At the time I go to the Cafe is usaully Neemat there who is very nice and helpful with additional wishes.

espresso “macchiato” which is not one with just a drop of milk/no foam?? Today I ordered the macchiato with almond milk, but I saw the woman put lactose-free milk in it instead of almond milk. I asked her if she added almond milk, then she lied and said “yes” (of course that’s not possible!) Really very very disappointing. I was then able to order a new coffee with almond milk, but it took a total of 10 minutes for the coffee…

Sometimes you just go for a simple coffee anywhere, suddenly you experience something that makes your day soo good. That's exactly what happened with me today when i was in spettacolo oerlikon. We just went for a simple coffee but Neemat offred me a frappe coffee when i asked her for somthing refreshing and she make so good and delicious plus her great attitude maked my day better. Very unfriendly service, no hello and hanging on the cell phone. When we wanted to order, we first had to wait until the two ladies had finished the conversation and then only responded to another loud hello. Very disappointing. Bad unfriendly German

I came to have a coffee with my partner, everything was very good but what set me back was the waitress. He treats you in an unfriendly way, if he doesn't feel like working he will look for another job.

Neemat made a great Freddo coffee

The Caffé Spettacolo is located directly in Oerlikon train station. It is modernly furnished and also has a large outdoor area on the forecourt. You order and pay directly at the bar, where all the food is also displayed on the counter. There are various panini, filled croissants, sweet pastries and simple croissants. The prices are OK. We paid around 30 CHF for a Café Latte, a Capuchino, a chocolate croissant, a mini Florentine and a salami panini. The pastries and panini are really delicious. Panini are all served warm upon request.

Friendly staff and fast service

To wait for an appointment in Oerlikon, I treated myself to a coffee and a croissant. The restaurant is as cozy as it gets with a lot of walk-in customers and yet doesn't give you the feeling of wanting to leave straight away. Ordering at the counter was a bit stressful because I was not understood several times when I asked for vegan milk alternatives. Conclusion: black coffee.

Nice atmosphere and location, tasty coffee and nice staff. The big problem in this cafe is the cleaning state of the toilets...they don't meet any standards of any other Cafe from Zürich...very badly cleaned, dirty, dark and smells bad. And also in the toilet for disabled people with wheelchair there is always a huge cleaning trolley just inside of the toilet, how is it supposed that a wheelchair goes inside!? And how come there are lockers inside?! Lack of organisation, there should be a small room for the cleaning things...

I stayed in the cafe and ordered a coffee and a snack while I waited to meet a friend. The coffee was good as always, and the barrista was warm and friendly - something you only experience once here in Zurich. I would like to come here again.

A pity. Cappuccinos are simply made with chocolate. The milk is in the jug from the previous café. Will again. When heated up and sinfully hot, a cappuccino like this is undrinkable for over 5 chf. It's a shame for the money and the great cappuccino you were hoping for.

I come here very often. The price-performance ratio is really great, the drinks and food are very tasty, the service is always nice and I really like the hustle and bustle of the train station early in the morning while drinking coffee. This is one of my favorite places in this city!

You are greeted nicely when you stand at the counter. Then I was so clumsy and emptied the almost full latte macchiatto at the table. Without even requesting a new one, the employee brought me the same drink again. Good service that you can't get almost anywhere these days. Great, I'll definitely come back.

I don't understand why this Spettacolo has such a good rating. There is caffeine-free (decaf) coffee with various vegan milk alternatives. Neither the cappuccino nor the flat white tasted good. There is no such thing as beautiful latte art. The service is very unfriendly on some days. There is a great Spettacolo in Olten. It's amazing that there are such big differences between the branches!

Cappucchino Intensio is the café experience couple of excellence! A nutty, creamy roasted taste a fine way to enjoy coffee... something fine at the Trafficpoint Oerlikon Zurich, the design is also excellent and pleasant... my new hotspot in this region. I'm thrilled by the beautiful ambience... thank you so much for spontaneously creating an advertising scene... as my mom always said, be curious, you never know what's coming. Way too much work for one employee. I ordered, sat down and waited. Since new people were constantly coming in and placing more orders, after 20 minutes I decided to leave without receiving my order. The used dishes and cutlery have also piled up on the tables. Dear Caffè Spettacolo, at least hire enough people so that the waitress can do her job.

Nice spacious italian cafe. I always like the strong coffee blend and my favorite croissant filled with apricot jam here. There are also sandwiches and other savory choices to try. Sweet baked goods are there too. The seats are both insides and outside. It's self-service so you ordered also the eat in and bring it yourself to the table. Service's friendly.
