So far so good. Very nice service. The cappuccino was great. My concern: The vanilla peak leaves a lot to be desired. On the one hand it's dry, the taste is so-so, but the inside is mostly hollow with a bit of vanilla. This still has potential

The food is good. However, a month or so ago, i bought a croissant, they charged me 45 chf... and now refuse to reimburse me or even give me the contact of the chef so I can try to sort this out. Multiple employees just blatantly ignore my requests... I would like very much that the management gets in touch with me. Because so far, you are stealing from me

Were served so poorly on 05/22/23, unbelievable. Me, my mother and sister wanted to enjoy a quick coffee after work at 7:25 p.m., the lady told us she had already cleaned the machine and there was no more coffee, so 35 minutes before closing time. Back and forth, the hairy lady talked for about 5 minutes, no, she doesn't make coffee anymore, even though we said it wasn't even half past eight, when we asked for her name and the owner's phone number, she suddenly changed her mind and took us there and here I mumble 3 more coffees. The water was missing, my mother was missing the milk, well, we didn't say anything more. She simply sent all other customers away during this time. Very arrogant and unprofessional behavior, including the way she sent another customer away and said she was out of beer, he said she had already told him that last time and also talked to him in such a "cheeky" manner. It's a shame that you had to have such a bad experience, but I certainly won't go to this cafe again, even though I work 2 minutes away from there.

I just bought a Latte Machiatto and never thought it would burn. I burned my mouth! DANGER!

Very pleasant atmosphere and good genre, cafeteria located in one of the train stations in Zurich, where we stopped to eat something before heading to the downtown of the city. Curious that on the terrace, due to the cold, all the chairs were provided with blankets to protect themselves from the cold, which in Zurich hits quite hard.

Terrible coffee. Badly tezturised milk and the grinders need dialling in, as does the coffee machine. Can't believe they charge the same for a cappuccino as a specialty coffee place and serve up drinks this way.

I had the worst cappuccino ever here. Since I work nearby, I gave the store a second chance. And again: only overheated and foam-free milk broth.

I can only recommend Chai Latte! The employee was also very friendly.

Hello, good lunch... today I came here with my friend. I ordered 3 cappuccinos. but they served us coffee without water. When I asked for water for us they gave water with dirty glasses and unfortunately one glass was dangerously broken. They served us water with this broken glass. Fortunately, I saw this, so fortunately I saved this accident. I called the staff and complained about it, but all the employees here are not good. They all had unfriendly behavior

It was a really delicious caramel latte, not to sweet and not to bitter. The Caramel Latte gave me just the right energy for going to work later! 🌼

The furnishings are quite attractive, certainly rather cool but very functional. The staff is very friendly. For the price you pay, the service is not optimal, but this is not due to the staff, but rather to the given service concept.

Coffee is not the problem... employees are great... BUT... where are the promised umbrellas?? On hot days, no guests outside... if it rains a bit, no guests outside. Whether due to covid-19 some guests like to sit outside. You lose guests and money!
