Zero. The manager is really unfriendly. Unable to pay by card and took advantage of the euro rate. If I can give you any advice, don't go there. And to think that management has just changed…

We went for a coffee and the manager didn't smile at us. Then, she did not accept payment by card and offered us payment in euros (we had some left over from the holidays) which was crazy. We were short 10 cents and she refused, forcing us to get back in the car to get money. I don't think I've ever seen such an unpleasant person. Place to avoid absolutely (for the record, I have never given such a negative review).

I waited twenty minutes for the savory pie and received it half burnt. I asked for another one which was left to be eaten. Dirty glasses.

I went today with my mom for a snack!!! Always a very welcoming and bright environment! There are paid parking spaces opposite the tea room!! Very good pastries and friendly staff!! I would definitely recommend it!!!!

Terrible service, waitress emptying the ashtray into the serving tray in front of customers, saucer with dirty receipt it looked like they had stubbed out a cigarette, consumed a falanghina and a sprizz for 15 francs, brought a small glass of broken chips in front of me, a gentleman consumed a rosé, a known customer probably brought him a small plate of pizzas, but aren't all customers the same? ??

They have chairs outside in the garden that if you put any weight on your elbow you will cut your elbow. The other day I stopped for a coffee, I waited 10 minutes then I left because no one came to ask if I wanted something.

I was passing by and stopped for tea and a nice slice of chestnut cake with a nice marron on top of the slice, at least it was good😋. But the cake was inedible (hard 😡), this is the second time that it happens to me in the same place😎, department managers look at what you make available for the customer. An oversight can happen, the second makes you turn around... the third doesn't it exists thank you and goodbye. There are many nice places that take care of the customer. Happy New Year everyone

Long waiting times and borderline behavior from the staff. Aktzeptabler Kaffee. Preise in der Norm. Service ist sehr schlecht. Kellnerinen sind sehr unhöflich und die Gastfreundlichkeit scheint dort nicht zu hause zu sein. Lieber Finger weg.

Terrible service, once I sat outside and wasn't served because it was too windy! Poor things! But if I want to smoke and sit outside in the wind I still demand to be served! Another time the same thing was repeated only this time it was in the middle of summer... but I say, the place is not full of people, there are large windows so the staff can very well see if there are customers outside or not in all corners of the bar, I would say that there is truly an unwary and observant staff. It makes me sick when I think of the people who would like to work but work well and professionally when instead they are at home unemployed. FV Lugano
