The menu offers relatively simple and traditional Graubünden dishes. I tried a mix of the regional ones and they were all great! The quality of the raw materials is excellent and perfectly valorised. The wine selection is also very good. The service is fast and attentive. I highly recommend the visit to those who enjoy quality food in a quiet, casual environment.

Worth a trip, it’s truly gastronomic for all the senses. No problem accommodating vegan dietary preference.

Bis jetzt haben wir immer im Schloss oder in Thusis im Hotel übernachtet. Heute sind wir erste mal in der Casa Caminada. Kleines schönes Zimmer, sauber und gemütliche Betten. Was wir vermisst haben ( Ja das Hotel hat keine Sterne) ist eine kleine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Wir hätten auch freude an einem Kühlschrank gehabt. Das Frühstück war klein aber OK. Was mich ein wenig im Restaurant stört ist das mit der Regionalität. Im Prinzip ist es ja gut, aber ich persönlich bevorzuge ein anderes Cola als Vivi. (Mit Abstand das schlechteste Cola von allen). Da ich der Gast bin sollte man mir auch eine Alternative anbieten da kann dann jeder selber entscheide,n was ihm wichtiger ist. Aber sonst alles in Ordnung.

Die Matraze war für unseren Geschmak zu weich.Wir genossen noch eine Stunde in der Lounge am See, diese wurde uns reserviert und wir wurden nett empfangen.Nach einer sehr invormativen Hausführung durften wir uns noch im Schloss neben an umschauen. Auch da waren alle sehr nett&zeigten uns sogar das Herzstück - die Küche! Auch Andreas Caminada war vor Ort und hat sich ein paar Minuten Zeit genommen für alle Gäste.Das a la carte Essen im Casa Caminda war saisonal und regional und sehr gut gekocht und präsentiert. Leider waren die Teller nicht richtig heiss und somit das Fleisch beim Hauptgang schnell kalt.Natürlich haben wir in der Bäckerei noch frisches Brot eingekauft bevor wir uns verabschiedet haben.Wir können diesen speziellen Ort nur weiter empfehlen!
