The ambiance of the restaurant is inviting, with attentive staff ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Food was so delicious and Abeer is so friendly and helped us a lot selecting the best options. Falafel, Kebba, Safee7a and everything was really so delicious to the extent that I forgot to take photos to the dishes. Also, I am thinking of opening a branch in Egypt. I was visiting Lugano on a business trip, and I had the chance to find this hidden gem in Lugano. Although it is a takeaway place, the food was amazing, especially the shawarma and falafel. The host Abir is a very welcoming person, she makes you feel at home, offering us different items to taste, if you are ever in Lugano, this is a must visit place to eat and enjoy real actual Lebanese food the way it is meant to be!

I found myself there by chance. I was surprised!!! Friendly, professional and very fast but above all delicious dishes (never found a takeaway with such fresh products), humus melts in your mouth, tasty chicken and just the right crunchy kofte👌👌👌 #TopOfTheCity

Various salads, hummus and sandwich with delicious falafel. Nutritious but light and with fresh ingredients. The chicken skewer with rice was also very good! Homemade Lebanese cuisine by mother and son. Every time I'm in the area I stop by them, I feel welcomed with kindness and friendliness. Don't miss the desserts too... ;)

I've had the opportunity to eat at "Casa Libanese" many times, and each visit has been a pleasant journey. Abir and her staff always greet you with a warm smile and welcoming attitude and it get only better from there. The food is exceptional, offering a taste of authentic Lebanese food. Everything is homemade, and there are many dishes that I adore – from the homemade falafels and the stuffed grape leaves (Warak Enab), to name just a few. I've recommended Abir's cuisine to many people, and I will definitely return for more.

Was looking for restaurants and found this gem. Ordered a bit of everything and everything was very good. The salad, the falafel, the chicken were magical. The staff were very nice and good prices, not expensive.

We love Lebanese cuisine very much and eat it often, but here we were disappointed: the dry and tasteless rice, the tiny and greasy falafel... The service is very friendly, but the prices are restaurant prices and instead it is a take away. I'm sorry, but I don't recommend it.

Our family of four loved our takeout meal from Casa Libanese on Friday night! After having moved to Lugano from the US, we're missing both takeout food and diverse restaurant options. Casa Lebanese checked both of those boxes and more for us! Abir made us feel at home and took her time in making us a flavorful and abundant meal where we tried almost every one of their menu offerings. Prices were competitive with similar food in the region and we even ended up with leftovers. We will absolutely be making their restaurant a part of our regular dinner rotation! Thank you so much! The food is good, but compared to the price it is very exaggerated between your restaurant as a fast food restaurant without seating, and compared to a restaurant in the center of Milan Valduamo, a very upscale restaurant, and a full lunch with full service and care was much less than the price. It is impossible to try it again at this price, and I do not suggest it to anyone.

I ate several Lebanese dishes at home, all delicious. My favorite dish is kafta meat mouchakal and chicken kabab and tawouk I recommend everyone to come and taste the real Lebanese taste at Lebanese home

At the suggestion of a friend, I found myself at La Casa Libanese in Lugano where the owner welcomed me very kindly. I ate a mix of house specialties. The delicious Falafel and the Rakakat Jebne. Stop by and tell the owner that Carlo Sortino sent you. He will certainly be able to advise you on eating and tasting the exquisite Lebanese desserts.

It's worth trying Casa Libanese. I tried Chicken shawarma and falafel - not to be compared to anything similar served in the area . It's the first time I try this food in Lugano and I feel that it's very similar to what I eat in Lebanon. Correct price, good food and very warm welcoming. Highly recommended. Good Luck!

I had already eaten Lebanese before and since this was a little closer to home we decided to try it, welcoming staff but sorry food not at all good! Food presentation not nice! The moutabbal (aubergine puree) was certainly out of date because it was very acidic and smelled bad, the hommos (chickpea puree) tasted of nothing, just like all the types of various meatballs we had were tiny and tasteless and some were even empty internally I could only taste the external pastry, the sandwich was dry and hard... plus I also had to pay for the bread separately which they usually give in other places and always get the purees... Plus I thought he had put the receipt in the bag but instead I didn't receive it... I'm sorry but if you want to eat real and good Lebanese food go to Paradiso al Beirut!

For me, as a vegetarian, there is a lot of choice, the rice with vegetables is excellent, slightly spicy and tasty, the falafel is delicious! Finally, Lebanese desserts are a very pleasant surprise to end a working lunch that leaves you satisfied but not weighed down. Absolutely worth trying!!!

The best take away in town! The meals are so delicious and always fresh and everyone is extremely kind. They let you try out the dishes if you don't know them. I love all the meals I've tried, but their Panini (which is like a proper kebab) are my favourite option. If you are a fan a Lebanese cuisine or if you haven't tried it yet I highly recommend it!!!

Very disappointing Lebanese food especially after seeing all the good reviews. Falafel was dry and slightly burnt, shish taouk wrap wasn’t very tasty and filled with very few ingredients. The only good thing was the guy who served us was nice but I don’t understand how you are still in business with such a poor offering especially for the price. I won’t be back.

A gem in the heart of Lugano. My wife and I were looking for at least a decent Halal restaurant in our first day here and couldn't find one. The second day we found this place by chance and turned out to be the best restaurant we went to in a while. The food was great and super tasty. We had shawerma sandwichs, fatoush and hummus. All items were super tasty, fattoush was fresh and very refreshing. Abir, the restaurant manager, was super friendly and welcoming. She gave us great recommendations and was super kind to adjust the items to what we like (adjusted the portions and changed an entire item completely to be suitable for our daughter). She also gave us dessert for free as well as juice for our daughter. It felt like having dinner at your relatives. Great hospitality and amazing food. Highly recommended whenever in Lugano specially if you are looking for Halal food.

Location discovered a bit by chance on the recommendation of a friend but being a great lover of Lebanese food I immediately went there. I ate a chicken shawarma that reminded me a lot of those at Al-Mouchtar in Zurich, a little taste of Warak Enab to give a touch of freshness and, finally, for dessert, a fabulous rice with milk. My wife and I searched for an Arabic restaurant in Switzerland. We went to Casa Libanese restaurant where we were welcomed by Abir, the restaurant manager, with a smile and respect. She served us incredibly delicious dishes prepared with love and skill. The service was exceptional. The restaurant is extremely clean. The food is very tasty and delicious. The credit card didn't work, and we only had euros. We paid in euros at a rate of 1 euro = 1 Swiss franc. We will definitely return to that restaurant again.
