Discovering Saillon last weekend, originally from Brittany. We were looking for a nice place on a Sunday lunchtime to taste local products.... Excellent discovery, very good advice from the lady present today. No false notes. Top-notch wines, cold meats and cheeses. We will come back very soon with great pleasure!

Passing by with my girlfriend for the Via Ferrata Farineta we were overwhelmed by the welcome of this very friendly lady with good wine and a great plate of cheese and cold meats! I recommend this beautiful place.

Mixed experience. The sommelier stressed while half the tables were empty. No explanation of the wine we were tasting. And we never received our second round of planchettes.

Very pretty wine bar/wine cellar. Super nice service. There is the opportunity to taste 4 different wines from Saillon (selection of 8 changing wines). There is no need to book in advance and you don’t have to be a large group. We could have stayed forever!

A jewel in a beautiful setting. In the old town of Saillon, we discovered the Caveau de Saillon. A magnificent place to taste local wines from around ten winegrowers with a lovely Valais plate from the cellar. The welcome was very warm with informed advice on a cute terrace in the middle of the medieval village. We really feel on vacation, a sublime setting, very calm and stress-free, to recommend 👍🏻🥂

An essential stopover to taste the know-how of local wine producers. A special mention for the Fendant, very pleasant to enjoy on the terrace in the shade of the parasols on this quiet square.
