J'ai été à se restaurant, avec ma conjointe . Catastrophe ! Accueil pas du tout sympa ! On a attendu très longtemps ! Avant d'être pris en charge à l'entrée, une grande attente pour avoir les cartes , pour commander et la suite rien n'a été . Lorsque nos premières assiettes sont arrivées j'ai eu le plats en premier ( l'entrée... bah voilà) et 2 minutes après avoir reçu mon plat principal la salade est arrivé. Quand le plat est fini , ça été débarrassé après 30 minutes d'attente. Nous avions pas pris de dessert ni de café ! Et nous sommes partis et ne nous reviendrons plus du tout du tout !! Ps: je mets cette avis que maintenant mais j'ai été à se restaurant il y a de cela 3-4 mois !

Cet établissement, situé au centre de la petite ville médiévale d'Estavayer, offre différents types de plats, dans un cadre ancien, fort agréable au demeurant, mais, en temps de coronavirus, par trop étouffant.Il n'a pas une identité bien définie, car sa carte varie de la pizza au four de bois aux filets de perche du lac, à un menu de chasse et à différentes spécialités plus ou moins italianisantes (impardonnable toutefois devoir lire dans la carte le mot "parniggiani", avec deux fautes d'orthographe en un seul mot!!!).Le mieux semble toutefois représenté par le pizzaiolo italien, qui prépare des pizzas de la meilleure qualité: pâte bien croustillante, farce adéquate (sans exagérations), aucune concession aux modes du pays ou du moment.Bons filets de perche, bon choix de vins, service familiale, prix raisonnables.
