Great Spanish restaurant. We tried different tapas and all were very good. Some orders were forgotten, but otherwise everything was fine as it was fixed immediately. Internet was sometimes not available, depending on where you sat.

He disappeared into the kitchens and then left the area on a pocket bike (miniature motorcycle). I kept my blood red shirt as a souvenir of this very, very strange evening. The méat was either too hard or even raw ! It was very expensive in addition. Atmosphere is really nice.

We asked for tapas and were served one plate after another, until we told them we were full. After reading the reviews, we were scared of the bill, but then pleasantly surprised: CHF 110 for 2 people including multiple alcoholic beverages, 9 different plates and some leftovers are absolutely okay in our opinion! Staff did their best to speak our language and were attentive and friendly.

I can only say good things about the tapaella. I visit them 1-2 times a month when I'm craving Spanish food and drink. I prefer the tapas, gambas al ajillo, pulpo a la gallega, croquetas, patatas bravas etc. They have quality and quantity at ferry prices. Many friends of mine who come from all corners of the world have learned to love the food and Spanish flair and always rave about it.

But above all, I mean making three kinds of paellas for 40 people. Hats off to the quality of this succulent Spanish gastronomy. A gem in Biel/Bienne. Unassuming from the street, as soon as you walk in you feel like you’re in a local Galician bar. It’s a totally different energy. It can be helpful to have a Spanish speaker with you as staff don’t speak much English/Deutsch/Francais. Food is excellent (pulpo gallega, patatas bravas, queso y jamon, and the bocadillos are highlights), beer is good, and they have a great Spanish red wine cellar.
