Were very disappointed! The restaurant used to be one of the best Chinese restaurants in Biel. Although the spring rolls were good; the crust of the sweet and sour chicken was soggy and way too soft. Hardly edible. A pity!

We asked if it was possible to fry everything again in the hope that it wasn't mushy anymore This pasta loses liquid, after shaking the head the plate was taken away but after 2 minutes it was back on the table (on another plate) Fried rice with Szechuan beef (thin meat was gristly, which indicates poor meat quality) and Cantonese rice with sweet and sour beef (here too, the meat was inedible). No recommendation, we will never enter this restaurant again. A piece of Biel's history that has been lost.
