Good self-service restaurant (there is also a full-service pizzeria on the 2nd floor). The terrace invites you to linger in the sun. Large selection of good quality food. Service is friendly and things are cleared and cleaned quickly.

Self-service concept. We had to wait in line inside for about 15 minutes to get our order. The food was fine, but not particularly good. The price is a little high for picking up and clearing away yourself. Grill bar looked nice, didn't try it. The view on the terrace was amazing!

3 beers take 15 minutes to pour in the empty bar, but they are stale and different music plays from two speakers.

Ribs and View: Great! Restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating and uses wood-fired cooking, which creates a warm atmosphere. It is worth noting that the restaurant has a strict policy regarding bringing outside food, with a fee of 25chf per person if caught. However, the standout feature of the restaurant appears to be the spare ribs, which are amazing and well-priced. Staff is working hard to keep everything under control, despite being busy. Finally, the restaurant offers a fantastic view.

Nice view. We were there two years ago and it was perfect. Unfortunately, the restaurant was not open this year (June 12, 2022).

It was beautiful, the prices are cheap by Swiss standards. Service wasn't very flexible but still very friendly. Very beautiful view!

Nice restaurant with plenty of space on the terrace. It's a shame the terrace isn't served, but you eat very well! We recommend the spare ribs and the Chamanna Burger, simply top! Indoors you can have serving as well as a buffet. Very nice restaurant for a delicious lunch in the middle of the slopes.

After we tried unsuccessfully to be served in the La Palma Bar and finally left the rather dingy bar, we ended up in the Chamanna Bar... what a relief for tired eyes😄 Modern, bright, clean and simply great, to have a few drinks... The bar upstairs is really great... 🎉Friendly staff👏 Great view and nice atmosphere👍🏻... Will definitely be back 😊

Worst restaurant! Way too expensive! A water costs 6Fr. You have to wait a very long time. The food is good. It only has 1 toilet, which is unreasonable for a business of this size.

Things used to be clearly better and the restaurant was much better attended. When I look at the chef's performance at the outdoor grill on January 24th, 2022, it's not surprising that a number of guests were probably lost. Incredibly unfriendly and the food was not good. Price/performance ratio is definitely insufficient. A pity.

If you like spare ribs and polenta, it's a great place to eat. We thought it was delicious.

Wonderful terrace, friendly service but only average food

Due to Corona regulations, only the self-service terrace was open. Both the cash register and the food counter were completely overwhelmed, which led to long waiting times. Numerous people left because of this... The food (as far as it was still available) was perfect. Wonderful views of the Engadine mountains.

Had very fine spare rips from the smoker.

Little fresh food, salad unimaginative, lasagna delicious, apple strudel with slightly warmed vanilla sauce from the tetra pack (for 9 CHF) just average. People behind the counter are grumpy, the woman at the checkout is friendly. Overall too expensive.

You must try Costinnas cun Pulenta e Chasöl (ribs with polenta and cheese)

Try the Beyond Burger with raclette cheese, it's fantastic!

very finely made spare ribs! It's just a shame that no fine BBQ sauce is served with it, there is only a cocktail sauce, oh shock!!! Staff clears up, pleasant. It's a shame there's music playing all the time, mountain peace is probably only found in Austria (all ski huts are music-free!) Generally the prices are too high.

Some portions have been significantly reduced (including the "Tatsch" or Kaiserschmaren), so that some of the people are no longer there. In addition, the different menus take different amounts of time, which means that the ones that are delivered quickly are already cold by the time the others arrive. However, the menus such as the Spare Rips and the Kaiserschmaren are fresh and very tasty. All in all, the restaurant is good, but it is disappointing that the portions have been reduced.

Excellent spare ribs with polenta

Whether in the sunshine on the terrace or in the snow and cold by the warm fireplace in the cozy restaurant, the chamanna naluns is worth a visit. Friendly staff and fine food in the middle of a great ski area. The tasty spare ribs are awesome and highly recommended. Also worth mentioning are the delicious nut croissants, a must after a delicious lunch. In addition to all this there is a wonderful view of the mountains and the national park in Lower Gadin. We will satisfy our hunger in Chamanna Naluns next year too. ~~en good~~

In winter operation, the kitchen is not even remotely able to meet demand in a timely manner. In a self-service restaurant, queuing for 20+ minutes is not acceptable.

Hearty mountain restaurant. The Tatsch is recommended, you simply have to order it from the kitchen. And is freshly prepared with a waiting time of around ten minutes.

The bar has great music and always friendly staff. It is superbly furnished and comfortable for every après-skier.

The bar is a real dream. Both ideal for a wonderful end to a day of skiing and perfect for a detour. The service is very friendly and there are Jass cards. It's Mort Gaudi😁

These were by far the worst spare ribs I've ever had. The coals were not sufficiently degassed and therefore only a penetrating binder flavor could be smelled. Very unfortunate.
