Very good chicken fries and efficient service in a friendly place I recommend!

Unfortunately the best part of a grilled chicken (the skin) was too salty to eat, same for the sauce/gravy which would have been nice had it not been so salty, we couldn't eat it. The side salad was fresh. Service was quick and price wasn't bad. No fries available so had to go with the wedges which were a little soggy but quite tasty and thankfully not over salted.

Warning: Prices increased significantly!! For the money asked I would go to a real restaurant. Too bad, a concept that is basically good will sink. I'm not going there anymore

I already knew their half chicken which is a delight. I discovered the best nuggets in Geneva.

The “Chez ma Cousine” experience... Good chicken, a good atmosphere!

16.50 for a club sandwich alone, without accompaniment and to take away, which previously cost 12.50. In addition, unpleasant surprise when I arrived, I was told that the price had increased since Monday, while the price displayed on the Google menu still indicated 12.50. No commercial gesture. Small table corner calculation =>4/12.50x100=32 That gives us a 32% increase. Even with inflation, the cost of living in Geneva, social charges, operating taxes and a critical situation for restaurateurs post-covid, it seems difficult to me to justify such an increase in prices for a club sandwich. So of course, the staff is friendly and the service is great, but at that price I won't go back there again. I find it really a shame!

Very casual dining area, portions are quite big. Most dishes are served with salad by the side.

Delicious chicken. Very tender and juicy. Definitely recommend having it with the sauce (as mentioned by the waiter) The ice tea with lemon, ginger and mint is also very refreshing. The wedges were nice and crispy and still filling on the inside. A nice relaxing atmosphere in the restaurant

After my visit, I didn't understand the hype around this chain. The roast chicken they are known for was very dry, the fries uninspiring and the salad dressing bland. It's a shame, I expected more.

When they opened, everything was great. The last two orders were poor. Burnt chicken, way overcooked. And a part almost without meat (almost only bones). I was extremely disappointed. Especially since Uber eats lures us with really interesting discounts for a really disappointing dish in the end. This is the last time I order from you.

Aillant ate at Bourg-de-four (top) and then at Plainpalais. I strongly advise against Plainpalais. On the phone when asking if there was a table for 4 people left, I was told well, I don't know without saying anything afterwards. Well, I actually went anyway, there were 5 empty tables left... Staff not at all friendly, no possibility of asking for a coffee, because there, the bill is there directly at the time of clearing... Not a goodbye or other... the limited plates thrown away, the coke placed at the other end of the table for the person concerned, frankly mediocre service

If you like chicken and if you like potatoes in wedge form and if you like mustard sauce with roasted pork there is a high chance you will like the chicken or the potatoes or the mustard sauce with roasted pork or even the salad that comes with all meals. Good portions at a good value. The chicken and vermicelli soup was satisfying and LOCKED AND LOADED WITH CHICKEN. Also comes with croutons

The food and service are good but the prices are a little bit higher than I expected.

Very pleasant place except the dangerous cycle path terrace you can choose your bike closely and even the deodorant of passers-by who have difficulty crossing paths

Great place to eat, simple but very tasty! Very relaxing place to eat and very affordable. I have chosen the 1/2 grilled chicken 3 times during my 2 weeks here. Simple food, but done properly. Better than some "chicken" restaurant I have visited. Atmosphere is relaxed and the waitresses are very polite and kind. There's also a english menu card. If you want to sit down and have a comfortable dinner with friends, this is the place to go. Definitely will come back!

I had the Thai Salad and it was very flavourful! I find it difficult to find a good salad that has a good protein to vegetable ratio but this salad was spot on with giving you a good amount of chicken to salad ratio. I was full and satisfied from the salad. My husband also really enjoyed his chicken and rice and our son loved their fries. The staff here are also very friendly. Definitely check this place out if you are around as they have very nice home style food. Also their chicken is cooked to perfection, not undercooked and not over cooked.

I ate in this restaurant in 2007 as a tourist but I still remember the food until today, to the point that I just dreamed about it and woke up to search on google “Chez ma cousine” to see how they are doing these days. One of the best homemade chicken and potatoes I ever ate. It was in the beautiful city of Genève. I was less than 10 years old back then. 😊

The nuggets are inedible, dry, breading as hard as iron, poor quality chicken. Very difficult digestion. Avoid for your health.

Decent chicken, nothing more. The sauce (charged 2chf+) is very salty. The portions are, however, generous. Count 25chf+ with the drink. I had been told about it, but it left me unmoved. The decor and service, however, are top notch! :)

I give this place a solid 5. Friendly staff, food done to perfection, good and timely service and Affordable prices for Geneva. I tried their traditional roasted chicken with Mayonnaise and herbs sauce, with potato side. It was perfectly cooked. The meal comes with a salad side and I paid 16-18 CHF. Such a deal for Geneva eats. I highly recommend this place for a hearty meal.

An excellent option to eat chicken classics at reasonable prices and in a good, typical Geneva atmosphere. Recommended is the half chicken with potatoes and the house sauce, which is worth including on the menu despite costing almost 3 francs. The portions are generous. They have good draft beer in various pints and dessert was also a pleasant surprise. Friendly staff, at least at the Plainpalais branch we went to.

I think the selection is wide-ranging and everything I put in front of me still tasted great. The inn is easy to reach! The convenient transport connections make a quick trip there possible. The correctness of the employees is truly impressive. We are completely positively surprised. We will all definitely come back.

It’s nice to finally have a “Chez ma Cousine” restaurant near Uni-Mail. The menu is simple: spit-roasted chicken, and a few salads. I like the concept of a limited choice: it takes less time to choose and what's more, you are served quickly. I really like that it's local produce and free-range chicken. A suggestion for improvement however: when asking for the bill with the bank card already ready and saying "we will pay by card", it would be nice to come with the card machine at the same time as the bill, no putting down the bill, waiting 5 minutes, coming back and then going to get the card machine.

Very warm atmosphere, top waitresses, the food is very, very good. I recommend this restaurant to all chicken lovers.

Nightmare service so I went to eat today around 12:30 p.m. with my girlfriend. The waitresses were rude and disrespectful. My girlfriend is severely allergic and has a very special diet, so I told our waitress that she would just keep me company and that I would eat alone. The waitress refused in a very disrespectful manner and on top of that, forced us to have something to drink. Establishment to flee
