Chez Nina in Le Grand-Saconnex

A really average Italian restaurant. The employees are nice but the food is really not exceptional. The pizzas can still go but the so-called homemade pasta is really mediocre. I had pasta carbonara but it was just tasteless cream and bacon pasta. In other words, nothing to do with carbonara. In short, this restaurant can help but don't go there in the hope of eating a good Italian dish.

To savor the Noisette of lamb with Tuscan scents!!! Butter, killer for those who love lamb!!!

This is the best restaurant in Geneva!!! Go there without any hesitation. All the dishes are tasty and the welcome is always impeccable. The menu is varied, you will immediately find what you are looking for. And in addition to this incredible quality, it is a family restaurant, the owners are super kind and attentive. It's just... everything is fine! The pasta is on point, the sauces are delicious, the desserts too. And the bread! I would highly recommend it, as long as they make sure I will always have a table when I want to go. I love it!

We had a very bad experience with the behavior of the waiter/boss this day. No one wanted to seat us at a table, we were just told to go upstairs. Once upstairs and delivered to ourselves, the table of 2 people suitable for us were unfortunately placed near the window. Being with my 80-year-old mother for her birthday, and fearing a draft given that the customers previously seated there had just moved because they were cold, I separated a grouping of tables for 6 by 20 cm, placed more centrally, and composed of 3 tables for 2 people. This for my mother's comfort. I understand that this is sometimes not possible in restaurants and I am happy to travel if this is the case. It was the way the waiter spoke to us when he saw the separate tables that justifies my poor rating. He started shouting loudly like in a market, and in front of the other customers “Wow, it’s not okay to move the tables!!!! » without even having greeted us first and without any form of politeness, or form at all. A simple: "Hello, unfortunately I am obliged to keep this table for a group, then I ask you to sit at a table of 2" would have been enough to maintain a polite and warm atmosphere worthy of an establishment respecting the customer base. Instead, when I point out to him that his way of speaking to us, a tone that I wouldn't even use towards those close to me, is not correct and that between civilized people he has another way of communicating. He replies: “it’s not civilized to move a table” and “if he came to my house and started touching the furniture I wouldn’t be happy”. I would like to remind you that I am a customer, that my attitude in moving a table was devoid of any bad intention, and that a form of professionalism, restraint and etiquette must be maintained when addressing another human being. , and even more towards your customers when you are a restaurateur. The problematic table in question remained empty throughout our lunch. To top it off, I would like to point out that, since it is written on its menu, that the establishment not only charges for carafes of tap water, but makes you pay for it even if you have not consumed it, just because we didn't order drinks. So 2 carafes to pay (1 per person) on the bill, which we did not drink. The food was frankly average. Great for a birthday lunch!

I'm a regular. Very good restaurant, everything is homemade: pasta, pizza, breads. The dishes are tasty. My husband and I love this place. The owner is very attentive as are the other servers, which is very appreciable. And the delicious food.

So delicious!!! Exquisite fresh crab-shrimp pasta. Their pizzas are excellent (I was made to taste the vegetarian one and the tuna one), all homemade. Plus the Italian wine list is to die for. We drank Pepolli, a rich and powerful wine that I like. Thanks to Nina (the boss) for her valuable advice on this matter. Anyway, we had a great evening with my foodie friends. Very professional service from Nina who is adorable and smiling with the customers which is becoming rare today. I can only highly recommend this restaurant. A sure value!!

Nice neighborhood Italian spot. Very friendly staff and service! Big menu of options plus daily specials to choose from. Also lots of desert options. Service was great and helpful in English and French for our group. Lots of smiles around the table all night long. I opted for a salad and lasagna which was ok. Not the best lasagna I've had in Geneve, but still good. It was a little "soupy" but still flavorful. I also wish the bread/ rolls were less dense. Salad was good, and the everyone's dessert plates were empty before we left. Would definitely consider eating here again if in the area.

Conveniently located for 10 minute walk from airport hotels. Staff couldn’t have been more welcoming to us (obvious) tourists, lots of locals eating. Friendly ambience, food excellent, just perfect!

A super friendly team and lots of good advice, the products are good as if we were in Brazil, they are people from there and make the food with care and cleanliness, the only small downside is that we cannot eat in. Coxina, pastels, maracuja juice, and even x-salad.

Restaurant with a varied menu. Well located in Gardiol, commune of Grand-Saconnex (GE). The pizzas are good. The rest of the menu is average in terms of taste. The prices are expensive compared to the quality. Fast and efficient service.

We've been coming here for years Both inside and outside as well as take away. It's still so good! Special mention to the fresh leg dishes with the mushrooms of the moment Hearty and delicious. The pizzas are the way we like them: thickness of the paw neither too thin nor too thick. Remember to book!

Very nice welcome! We had a little aperitif while waiting for 2 takeaway pizzas. The wine was good and so were the pizzas!

It was a first and it was really good. There was a bit of a wait but following covid we understand that restaurants are having a little trouble finding new good items. I highly recommend and will be back very soon. Well done again 🍽️🥂

What a welcome.... 6:45 p.m., a table not set for the meal. We are refused to drink just an aperitif, the rest of the terrace is empty. Refusal because we were refused at the restaurant next door!!!! Customers arrive, and the waiter softens and invites us to stay. Just disgusted, we leave. How do you want us to want to support restaurateurs?

Always on top whatever the pasta dish and always excellent service.

Where to start. 1- a great team, the boss is great and the waitress, although a little clumsy, remains helpful and very pleasant. The boss is more distant, let's say she has her own temper. 2- the place remains pleasant and clean. The terrace is well ventilated and there is space 3 - the meal. With a friend we chose the pasta tasting and frankly some nice taste surprises. The entries rather surprised positively. The pasta is quite good. The small downside is the rather abrupt change which takes you from one dish which is rich in taste and another which is more or less bland. A search for additional finesse would be welcome. Now I have to stay frank and honest, that's good. 4 the desserts are good So a good address for a restaurant in Grand Saconnex. It deserves your visit and your curiosity. PS: change your chardonnay please... Really meh. Enjoy your meal everybody Jo

Poor service, rude staff. Hurry to make us leave because with the stroller we were in the way and it was not possible to take a table for 3 at aperitif time.. We were completely thrown out for the owner... I don't recommend it...

Best pizza place in Geneva! The spot is beautiful, the pizza is delicious (and I know what I am talking about since I myself am Italian) and the staff is really friendly! After going there a few times, they remembered me and started treating us like family. Truly lovely, would highly recommend over any other pizza restaurant in Geneva

Très bon plat du jour.Note malheureusement pondérée par le non-respect des mesures sanitaires (traçage et gel à l'entrée inexistants, port du masque pas respecté en cuisine). Malheureusement, c'est ceux qui ne suivent les règles qui se plaignent le plus lors des fermetures.

Luego pedí un entrante por el mismo precio, para que el camarero me dijera que no era lo suficientemente caro y que necesitaba pedir algo más. Después de levantar la voz, finalmente me sirvieron el entrante, que estuvo muy bueno.¡Lástima por el mal servicio!
