Discovered 4 years ago, we returned there again at the end of July 2023... and even better than before! A very nice discovery in the heights of Lausanne, very close to the new stadium... Fresh food, seasonal cuisine, rather reasonable prices... we loved the rather industrial/vintage setting, the large and beautiful sheltered terrace... and the quality of the service... We will return there, for sure 😊

Everything was perfect. The cord was deliciously exquisite The perfectly melting chocolate cake with a scoop of ice cream. A view of traditional cuisine (personally I love it) The rest of the decoration which is very atypical… Incredibly perfect service. In short, it’s a huge 5 stars, for this very very good restaurant, thank you for everything, we will come back, be sure!

Good sandwich but the price is a little high: 45chf for a very small sandwich accompanied by greasy and burnt chips and a beer, it seems a little too much to me!!!! Simple environment but top children's corner Staff who absolutely need to be motivated (I understand that it is hard to work on Saturday evenings but if you do a job it must be done well and not burdened by the customer) I don't know if I'll go back, which is a shame since I live in the neighborhood

Decoration from the 70s to create a lovely atmosphere where we find fantastic tables from the kitchens of those years, the wooden pepper mill, the orange scales, my cookbooks etc. I loved it and the appetizing daily specials as desired! The Maillefer entrecôte was marbled and delicious... well done!

Great restaurant. The welcome is warm and the place is cozy. Children are welcome, there are many things designed for them, there is also a children’s corner. We ate very well. The starters were generous and tasty. For main course we all had meat, a rib steak, the mushroom sauce was great and so were the fries. The little extra is that you can choose your wine in the wine cellar where there is a great choice of Swiss wines. As a desert, a semi-cooked Chocolate, how to have a great evening!

It’s a real shame because the food is excellent but the welcome is quite the opposite. We are from the neighborhood so I tried to come several times, I told myself each time that it can happen to have a bad impression but that it will be better next time. But every time it's the same. Staff as cold as possible. I came once with a free dish offer for my birthday. It was very clear that they were excited to offer it to me, but then don’t make such an offer… Another example: I take my order, I am offered a cookie, I say yes why not (thinking it is free). Not only is it not offered, but 3.- the cookie! In short, not a very commercial spirit, too bad.

A restaurant as I like them: relaxed, very friendly staff, original decor, small cellar to get your own wine, you feel good there and when you know that the meat comes from the neighbor (Maillefer butcher shop) you are assured that the meat will be of quality... I recommend!

It’s a bar restaurant for young people! No decoration on the ceiling! This is not a restaurant for eating with others! Other lousy decors! The kitchen...we don't know! For all these observations, I Don't go there anymore!!!

A restaurant in which I always enjoy going to eat, at lunchtime or in the evening. During this period of restrictions, I had the prawns to take away on Thursday evening, it was an excellent choice. Served generously, with homemade fries and a very good aioli sauce, I highly recommend.

We regularly take takeaway meals from TOF at lunchtime, every day the offer is varied and very tempting! The dishes are prepared with care and are delicious, everything is homemade. We look forward to being able to come and eat there when possible, thank you very much!
