Not tasty and expensive. The burger tastes like paper, the cutlet looks like soy meat, it's just terrible food. If you want to eat fast food, then this is definitely not where the food is terribly tasty and expensive🤮

Hüseyin is very personable and friendly. I received a friendly welcome from him, which is a great plus point. And the atmosphere is pleasant!

Price/performance for the food is right. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful, but can sometimes be overwhelmed with the lunch service, which means there are sometimes long waiting times.

My friend suggested we come here after the club and I’m down for fast food after some drinks. I don’t know if it was because I was drunk or not but the Kebab snack I ordered was great. So tasty and the fries are so crispy not soggy even with sauce on top. Definitely recommend going here if you’ve had a few drinks.

Very bad service from the workers, always rude and serious, they are not prepared to work in front of the public, you have to know how to treat the client well and smile, they are bitter, if they don't like the work, they should change jobs, a 0 Customer Support

I went back today, for never!!!! The waitress in the kitchen didn't give us the right item, I learned gastronomy and customer service and she does everything wrong, she makes a lot of mistakes that could cause cross contamination, the lady's customer service was super terrible, so bad! She takes care of the customer like she should treat her dog! She made the sandwich and then went to the checkout

Good food , nice environment but HORRIBLE SERVICE! On 29/02/2024 The lady who took my order was extremely aggressive and impolite !!! . She made a mistake of putting 2 different orders in my bag. We told her about that mistake, however , she got angry about it and tried to blame us for her own mistake. She literally threw the bag with the burgers on the bech ! Luckily Her coworkers came to calm her down!!!

The employee who works in the cash register is unprofessional and he talks badly.. I definitely won't come to eat here again... I definitely don't recommend eating here

Horrible !! To flee. Meat and vegetables not fresh, the fries were cold and cooked in old oil, simply inedible and we woke up with food poisoning, stomach ache, nausea and vomiting following the meal in this place

Staff very unprofessional and arrogante made me feel bad for asking to pay separate, its ok but they could just ask not do bad face and a strong breed like they are doing a favor. Hated the experience.

We were at the Chickeria on Langstrasse this evening at 7:15 p.m. The food wasn't bad in general, but in certain chickerias, for example the last time in Winterthur, you can fill up the sauce for free. Here you even have to pay an extra 50 centimes. Personally, I think the prices are quite high for the quality and service you receive. Unfortunately, the staff was moderately motivated and you could tell that straight away when taking the order and when they were preparing it.

The chicken was so overcooked that it was pink in the chicken burger I ordered Friday night. I brought it back to the counter and they said they would make me a new one, which when it arrived was warmer but just as overcooked. Don't eat here unless you're after food poisoning.

Catastrophe ! Food is really bad, greasy and poor taste! Sauces are also bad, the tartar sauce from Aldi is better! And the best thing is the security who struts up and down the store like a German Shepherd and reprimands anyone who is standing in the wrong place! First and last time, don't do this to yourself!

I ordered my food but the way I was served was very annoying. The service man was very aggressive. He just pushed my food aside and I had to pick it up after 5 minutes because no one wanted to give my order number! I didn't feel like finishing my food!!! Unethical scowl faced stuff!! Still the best fast food in Switzerland. It's a shame so many branches have closed, but I'm all the happier for this location. The room is like an oasis in the otherwise very turbulent Langstrasse with friendly staff. I recommend the house burger.

AUDIENCE! I WAS IN THIS SAUCE STORE LAST WEEK! I WANTED TO EAT PLEASANTLY THERE BECAUSE THE RESTAURANT WAS RECOMMENDED TO ME BUT I WAS TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED. I bought the drum box from the menu. But something PINK greeted me in every chicken I bit into, namely the meat. The meat was raw and simply inedible. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone except the annoying boss. Mess!! Horror!! Diarrhea capacity increases enormously. I have to be liquid and solid at the same time!

The chicken in the burger was undercooked. Chicken should never be served undercooked. The burger has such an amount of sauce that covers anything. It's like eating the sauce alone. Not recommended Replying to Chickeria. The chicken was not reddish, it was undercooked and inedible. It's up to you to continue serving this, since serving undercooked chicken may pose a health threat.

Very good food and acceptable price

I went Saturday night and it was naturally very packed but the outside area is very big. Unfortunately there is only one bar so be prepared to queue n wait long enough for a drink.. Gin and tonic at 16chf. the music was nice

Today I happened to look at the chicken that was in the burger and was horrified to see that the other end had simply been bitten off. I saw clearly that someone had bitten off a piece and when I wanted to talk to the waitress about it, she suddenly couldn't speak German anymore, but 10 minutes before she had told me half the menu. When the "chef" came, he wanted to convince me that chicken was cut like that! I've never seen a schnitzel or anything like that that has a semicircle cut into it at the end! Unfortunately I had to leave with an empty stomach and 15fr poorer because there was no insight from the Chickeria side. For years I have been advertising for you pig dogs, that everyone should walk past you on Langstrasse! I recommended you to everyone and then today... Never again! And I'm actually the person who always says "Never say Never"

The food was fantastic when I visited here in 2017. Now they don't have most of the variety which I had n loved before.

Food was very tasty, meat to fries ratio was not balanced. There were too many fries and not enough chicken in the snack box. The price has increased since last time, but the quantity has been significantly reduced, even with a student discount. Customer service was okay.

Burger fries horrible sauce catastrophic chicken strange, price way too expensive.Sales staff older woman forbade me to share the mineral with my colleague when she heard that. An absolute mess. I can share the mineral I bought with anyone I want if I don't refill it again, really cheeky was speechless. Once and never again!

I found it bare and colorless (it echoes). I found the Italian salad dressing to be overly sweet. I thought the Rösti thalers were delicious. We asked for spices, the waitress said he'd go check and then didn't come back at all. A pity

Staff and ambience as always, good and great that you can still refill drinks for free :)

The food itself is good but the cashier ruins everyone's mood and hunger. Very rude and almost cheeky. When I asked whether a sauce was included in the menu, she replied “of course there is no sauce in the menu.” Probably only clear to them.

The employee at the counter on January 14, 2023 at 2:15 a.m. was very unfriendly. The order was carried out incorrectly and not for the first time in this branch. Instead of potatoes, fries were delivered. The sauce for the kebab snack was mixed directly with the food instead of being served separately (as requested).

Freshly prepared, so the waiting time is a little longer.

HEALTH RISK! FOOD POISONING, WASTE OF MONEY! Chicken was undercooked. Pink with bits of blood. According to the person handling the food, chicken wings are supposed to be pink and bloody, and it’s that way all over Switzerland. I’m adding the pic. He refused to cook it longer, and he refused to refund my money.

Portions absolutely puny, unfriendly staff and overpriced. The 6 drums were absolutely puny and you won't get tired of them.

Very courteous, friendly and uncomplicated staff. I was able to reserve the upper floor for 30 people at short notice, which they then opened especially for us. Everything went well and the food was great too 😋. Thanks to the team!

All in all a good sandwich, the drinks are not great, although you can top up as much as you want.

Nasty experience, raw bacon and rubbery chicken, even had a hair in it. Got a replacement burger, though it wasn’t much better. Staff highly demotivated and unfriendly.

Chickeria is just super. You have plenty of room, variety on the menu to enjoy the delicious burgers, fries, chicken, etc.! The range of menus can be combined together with the freshness of the products and the fact that you never know what to get confirm the excellent atmosphere at Chickeria. I recommend you take a look at Chickeria and I think a lot of people will share my opinion.

I like to have these meals to take with me in the evening. It's better to eat here. It's good fresh produce.
