Pizzeria la Casa in Zürich

Waiting time was 10 minutes. Said it was 25 minutes... The food had no taste, the fries were soggy.. chicken nuggets were more like schnitzel, too oily. We had to ask for plastic forks.. I think 20.- for fries and “chicken nuggets” is cheeky!! everywhere else between 11-15.. I think they didn't know the prices themselves and simply asked for a price because it wasn't advertised either... never thank you again.

Nice cozy place. The pizza dough was good and the selection of pizzas was also large. The two negatives are the lack of seating inside the restaurant and almost no parking in the surrounding area. I visited that restaurant 2 times and there was always only one worker who was also a cook and created a rather ignorant impression. As a whole, I rate it as good.

don't pick up the phone anymore. I always pre-ordered and picked up by phone. apparently no longer possible.

Where is my pizza? I ordered it at 10:08 p.m. and haven't received anything yet. Benz

We called and asked if they had rice and he said they didn't have any rice/or fries and just hung up on us.. very nice.

I called twice before and I just think it's rude if you don't pick up and the oven isn't set until half past 12 and then I have to wait so long that it's not possible. They're very nice, but they're supposed to pick up tele.

Waited over 2.5 hours for the pizza and it was still cold.

The phone is simply pushed away when you call, I waited 1.5 hours for my order even though it was supposed to take 30-40 minutes. Nobody informed us and the pizza wasn't particularly good either.
