The ambience is nice, the music and the staff were friendly but the ice in the drink is huge after 3 sips the glass is empty, it's a shame... I'm not throwing my money out the window... I'm not going anymore...

What's a shame, however, is that for 16.- you only get a super small drink that is filled almost exclusively with foam and huge ice cubes. 5 years ago they apparently didn't have any tea. I was quite surprised at the time. Today I had a most excellent Highball with both ginger ale and coffee: a great taste test for the other ingredients! 🍌

Our customer event last Thursday was a complete success. Thank you for your support and service! Felix did a great job with the job and our thanks go especially to him. It's hectic trying to fulfill a group's every wish for an evening. He was very present, efficient and always friendly to us and our guests. The culinary offering was convincing and the “living room” is a great location for an event with around 40 people. Our customers also really enjoyed it and the fire in the fireplace contributed to the cozy atmosphere.

This is a cool bar. They have IPA on draft/tap which is rare in Zürich. They do good food served from the kitchen of the restaurant next door which is a combination of Lebanese / Israeli style food mixed with standard bar fair. The seats are comfortable and there is enough space to stand at the bar in a group and it is reasonably priced for Zürich. It's an interesting blend of people inside, guests from the hotel, Langstrasse regulars, office people and people looking5 to meet other people. Service was good and fast.

The bar would actually be customs. But I don't go there anymore because of the service staff. I have found the service to be bad several times now. On my last visit I was there in the afternoon and had to sit at a small single table, even though 50% of all tables were free and I was expecting two more people. So when the other two showed up, we changed bars.
