Parma ham pizza not good (very dry) and salmon pasta not good either, pasta overcooked, too salty the salmon did not taste good. Coffee too strong...

Cuisine: top notch, very good, everything is well balanced. Service: fast, friendly, nothing to complain about, very professional! Atmosphere: good atmosphere, despite the noise when there are a lot of people, it creates ambient noise but we can't do anything about it, it's the room that is like that.

Nice place. The view is really beautiful and the service is very professional. The food is delicious and not very expensive. Be careful, the fondue is made upstairs which is important to specify when you arrive.

Nothing to complain about in terms of food and service, impeccable. However, the man responsible for creating the atmosphere in the room thought it a good idea to put the volume at the same level as the local nightclub, which I would have gone to if I had wanted to neglect the health of my eardrums. Except that now I can't even talk to my friends at my table because of this tasteless Hispanic music. I have nothing against people having fun this evening but that doesn't justify this noise level, we're in a restaurant, not at the mad.

Home / contact = top Location and space = great..only downside a little noisy but bearable Cuisine = very good in quality and quantity Service = very good and with a smile which is often lacking elsewhere Furniture / seat = comfortable and relatively spacious, we had a stroller and it was no problem parking it near the table. In short, everything you need to have an excellent meal And covered parking in the basement of the building..top

The establishment normally closes on Friday and Saturday at 2 a.m., but at 1 a.m. we were kindly asked if we could leave so they could clean! While a table of guys friends of the manager were still there! Damage ! The site is nice.

The staff are friendly and welcoming. The really nice setting, breathtaking view of La Chaux-de-Fonds. But we could do something much warmer... food-wise, I had a calzone... really not good dough, canned mushrooms... in short, really not satisfied. On the other hand, the infusion is very good and fresh, not in a bag. Fairly fair prices.

The view is great, but we weren't seated near the window, so pretty useless for us. The service is quite poor, water is 10.00, pizza is quite bland (no oregano/basil/high quality mozzarella), staff smokes in front of open door which smells in the entire restaurant and overall not very pleasing experience.

Thank you for providing, at our request, an express, quality service, which allowed us to be at the theater on time! Entered and left the restaurant in less than 30 minutes and having eaten well (beef tartare and gnocchi). Hat ! Bravo for your kindness and your smile, throughout, despite these constraints! The view from the 14th floor over Chaux-de-Fonds is also worth the detour!

I recommend this establishment, very good and neat and great service, nothing to say.

Regarding the quality of the food, there is nothing to say. Well presented and very good plates! On the other hand, the lack of staff resulted in a terribly long wait for certain requests and some oversights in orders. For example, we waited 20 minutes before receiving new toast for the tartare. Luckily this dish doesn’t get cold… Bravo all the same to the waitress who was the only one serving and who had to run in all directions.

Rushed and unprofessional service. All-you-can-eat fondue is up to a certain point... especially in terms of the availability of the service and the quantity.

Spartan-style restaurant with a wonderful view of the entire city. Very nice service, fine food, short waiting time, inexpensive. A somewhat limited selection for vegetarians. But we can highly recommend it.

I regularly go to Citerama, to drink a coffee, take a walk on the terrace with its magnificent 360° view which I show to my passing acquaintances and to eat. The menu is complete and well managed, it's always a pleasure to eat there. Today was to eat a nice and good plate of hunting. The venison medallion is well presented on a complete and tasty plate. I loved. The atmosphere is pleasant, the tables are well spaced and the service is efficient. Always a pleasure to come back :-)

One star because you can't give zero... Bagged salad, sauce from Lidl, frozen fries, well-overcooked medium-rare steak and pizza with frozen pre-made dough... We eat better at McDonald's.. Some beautiful views. It's not the first time I've gone. The food is very good, everything is fresh, sometimes they don't get the point of the meat right. Good wines in general, I was surprised by some wines from Turkey that I didn't know at all. It's worth trying

Very bad experience for a foreign group of 8 people. We waited 15 minutes to be welcomed and checked only to be kicked out (we were seated) due to a false pretext of not being able to read a European QR code not supported in Switzerland except that 6 people from the group previously had been verified with the same protocol. I am a bartender and I do the same job as the manager. I told him that he was dishonest, either the manager is racist or the person didn't want to bother holding back an order for 8 people, but in this case why did you tell us yes to come in and go sit down? Our family has already been to Citerama several times but clearly this will be the last time.

A menu for 16 francs at lunchtime and more than reasonable. The salad with still warm bread was very good. Unfortunately the salad dressing is not homemade. The risotto was good as well as the three pieces of meat with mushroom sauce. The quality is average, the mushrooms were not fresh and the rice was a little bland. The staff would have deserved 5 stars, they are all very nice. The view is very beautiful. I recommend this restaurant for a quick lunch break.

The salad was sloppy and must have been cut in a bowl for a few hours until it was drowned in a dash of ready-made salad sauce and then finally served. The roasts were already brown and the carrots dried out...The food was cold and instead of medium, the steak was raw. I advise the chef to change careers... The view is really awesome and the service staff is very nice and accommodating. The wine was excellent. Food 👎 Rest 👍
