Excellent service, very friendly, very fine food - I'll be happy to come back again and again!

Food was good, unfortunately it was very cold to eat inside because the door was always open. Waiting time for dinner was 20 minutes

I have nothing to complain about the food, but the staff is a disaster and when you order something to take home you arrive half an hour late. When you call there, no one answers. If I could give a zero for service I would.

They didn’t notice our presence for a long time; the pita bread was not toasted (as if raw) Overall not bad, but I've eaten better

For me by far the best kebab in Thun; no matter whether in flatbread or pocket bread; From meat to salad, always freshly prepared Extremely friendly staff, always served very quickly And one of the most important things about a kebab shop in my opinion is that the shop always makes a very well-kept and clean impression, which is reflected in the food simply great - three thumbs up 👍👍👍 🤙✌️

The food was AMAZING, everything for a very good price, and the staff was really friendly. Would definitely recommend if you are in town and looking for an affordable and delicious meal.

The food was pretty good but the music and the staff?! The food took about 20 minutes to be ready. We were the only ones inside!! Very difficult. The music is unbearable!!!! Why such classic elevator aka telephone queue music????

Absolutely recommend Durum with fried potatoes

The food was delicious, but the service was a disaster. I didn't see that there were carrots in the vegetables, so I asked them to leave them out. Then they became very annoyed and then gossiped with the staff. In general, the staff seems very nervous and stressed. 1 time and never again

Terrible service! My partner and I ordered a pizza online. This should by easy, right ? The waiting time was very long on the app… after the time expired, the pizza did not arrive! We make a call to the pizzeria, we found out that the our order was not make out by a friend from the pizzeria from the center. No explanation no apology. They also do not speak English (international language around the world) I am suspended due to lack of communication and lack of order fulfillment. Big disappointment :/

I had nuggets with fries. Nuggets were very good and the fries came with some delicious spices I have never tried before and I will never forget. Service was extra kind and careful and prices are honest.

Kebbab eaten on site was not warm. And liquid sauce in it. Chairs in the restaurant full of grease stains and dirty. Thanks once was good

If you are in Thun and looking for a nice meal for a reasonable price this is the place for it. Friendly staff , tidy restaurant and delicious food. There’s a wifi and toilet as well 👌🏽.

I got a doner kebab wrap for 10chf and it came with a drink. The wrap was so delicious! Maybe the best doner kebab I've ever had! The staff were friendly. They have a lot of vegan options.

Never again! Bad service, I should pick up my food in front of the house because he was stressed?! Is this a joke? I waited over 1 hour for my food, called and said “No, it's not 1 hour”. Ok, so they don't know the time either.

I suffered food poisoning from a kebab from the Casablanca Restaurant in September 2022. The food is not fresh, there is no kebab skewer in the store (the meat is just warmed and pre-cut). This restaurant should not be operated in its current condition (lack of hygiene)! Please avoid this restaurant until it is finally inspected!

Good kebab/dürüm for Swiss prices, but those are normal prices for the local residents. The staff is nice even shortly before closing time and will prepare your food for you.

The vegan kebab with seitan was a hit! Very, very tasty. My partner had the Jumbo Dürüm with meat, which was huge and he also really enjoyed it. Delivery quick, courier very friendly. We will only order here. It's super cool that vegan things are also offered here, I really appreciate that!

The kebab was a disaster... The pocket bread was freshly prepared but not fully baked. The dough was almost raw. I also asked where the kebab skewer was and was told that you don't have one and that you get the meat from the other location at the lido. So it can't be fresh. I was really very disappointed with this kebab. It's a shame, because the place looks very nice and is also very clean.

Best vegan fast food in town. Try the vegan seitan dürüm - simply amazing! Delivery fast and reliable. Also well located fo pick up.
