I was excited to hang out with my friends at the Trattoria Rimini and I had made a reservation for Saturday evening at 7. We were showed to the table, and it took a while before we could order any drinks, or we received the menu. We were informed that there was no pizza tonight which was a surprise as the restaurant is well known for its pizza. We ordered food maybe after 25 min in the restaurant. The appetizer was served 1 h 40 min after we ordered. The main course a bit later. While the food was good, overall, the experience was disappointing as it took way too long for the food to arrive. We also felt that the staff did not provide the expected level of attention and service that one should be able to expect at a restaurant in Thun. Disappointing experience, we will not go back. Sad as we all liked this place.
