This restaurant was an unexpected jewel to find while visiting Switzerland. The food was absolutely delicious. Special accomodations were made for us... vegetarian only-- adding cheese, mushrooms, and the most delicious tomatoes to crispy hashbrowns. They also swapped out a couple of sides for others as well for us. The tiamasu was perfect! We enjoyed our table outside.. beautiful evening. We truly enjoyed the owner taking such good care of us...I, myself, saved a little bit of my cordon blue for my breakfast in the morning... yum.

It was terrible and I barely was able to chew it. while the fries resembles more wet noodles, not sure how that's even possible but it happened. salad was salad, but i asked for french dressing and guess what i got 0/100 what a scam!

I went to the Zollhaus Restaurant yesterday evening. Welcomed by a very friendly and gracious host. Food was delicious and the value for great quality food was amazing compared to other places I’ve been to. It’s generallly a nice place to have a meal/drinks and socialise with friends. Would 10/10 reccomend. Definitely will dine here again when I travel back to Switzerland.

I visited Restaurant Zollhaus Thun on 30th December 2018 with my family. The place is in a historic building, surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery. We also loved the food, specially the steak on salt-stone was very delicious. The kids enjoyed the pizzas. I will definitely visit again on my next trip.
