Clavau Pign in Laax

noch nie ein so schlechtes Fondue gegessen; fad, gummig und ohne Geschmack. Gerber Fertigfondue ist dagegen schon Gourmetklasse! schade, denn der Service war sehr zuvorkommend und kompetent. Einrichtung ist ok, aber zu war und stickig...leider nicht zu empfehlen.

Sehr gutes und gemütliches Restaurant für Fondues aller Art. So richtig im Kuhstall-Look gehaltenes Restaurant. Das Essen ist gut. Jedoch darauf achten, dass nicht alles à discretion ist. Wir mussten für einen Nachschlag beim Chinoise nachzahlen.

Cené con 8 amigos en el "Fonduestall" anoche, 4 de nosotros pedimos la Fondue Chinoise. Tuve 8 pequeños trozos de carne (2 x carne de res, 4 x ternera y 2 x carne de cerdo) y me cobraron CHF 55. 00. Esto estaba muy por debajo de 250 g. Creo que ninguno de nosotros tenía 250 gy nos quejamos. La señora a cargo fue muy hostil y no pudo manejar nuestra queja.Además, sirvieron frutas en una lata, papas fritas y 6 tipos diferentes de salsas que sabían más o menos igual (como las salsas baratas de un supermercado)Nos sentimos estafados, pero obviamente esos lugares turísticos se están escapando.Esta es una muy mala publicidad para Suiza, para la gastronomía suiza y la amistad suiza.Aún nos quedamos con hambre y en lugar de pedir más vino, decidimos gastar el dinero en un lugar más amigable.Dicho esto, el camarero que nos atendió fue muy amable y la calidad de la carne era buena.

Wir haben einen gemütlichen Abend mit einem guten Fondue und mit freundlicher Bedienung verbracht. Der Fonduestall ist mit vielen tollen Details dekoriert. Das Essen war von guter Qualität (wie vom Laaxerhof gewohnt). Gute Auswahl an Saucen und die Beilagen zum Chinoise wurden sogar nochmals nachgereicht. Wir haben den Fonduestall zufrieden verlassen und kommen sicher wieder .

Gemütliches Restaurant mit wirklich aufmerksamer und kompetenter Bedienung. Echtes Schweizer Fondue mit einer wirklich guten Weinempfehlung dazu. Danke für den schönen Abend. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Yesterday we went to this cosy restaurant and had a pleasant stay.. Nice service, good atmosphere and fine food. 3th year in a row and next year we'll go for another one!See you'll next year in Laax!

Al momento della riservazione del tavolo abbiamo ordinato anche la cena: fondue al formaggio, fondue Bourguignonne e fondue chinoise (eravamo in 7). Il servizio è stato decisamente lento, poco professionale e oserei dire poco qualificato.Ci hanno fatto aspettare 1 ora prima di servirci un'insalatina e poi ancora un'altra attesa per ricevere il resto. Ricordiamo che sapevano già cosa avremmo mangiato.Inoltre su 3 bottiglie di vino rosso abbiamo avuto la sfortuna che 2 sapevano di tappo, può capitare e non è colpa del ristorante ma, è colpa del ristorante o del presunto sommelier che ti dice che invece il vino è buono e non sa di tappo.. Decisamente assurdo visto che al nostro tavolo era presente un sommelier e altri 3 appassionati di vino ed esperti. Il vino sapeva decisamente di tappo. Il modo in cui siamo stati trattati è stato poco piacevole ed ha creato del nervosismo e del malcontento.Aggiungiamo inoltre che la carne della founde Bourguignonne non era molto buona (non è la prima volta che la mangiamo) (forse era scamone e non filetto?! Teniamoci il dubbio) ma, vista la disavventura con il vino e la lunga attesa l'abbiamo comunque parzialmente mangiata.L'unica cosa buona è stata la founde al formaggio.Peccato, davvero un gran peccato perchè il ristorante è molto bello ma tutto finisce li. Non lo consigliamo.

Wir waren im Januar 2019 mit einer Gruppe von 7 Personnen in der Fonduebeiz für ein Fondue Chinoise Plausch. Der Service war zwar sehr bemüht verstand aber kaum Deutsch! Richtig enttäuscht waren wir vom Essen, nur Pommes als Beilage und gefrorene Fleischröllchen mit wenig bis gar kei Geschmack! Zudem konnten wir obwohl wir noch Hunger hatten nicht mehr nachbestellen, da es nicht mehr Fleisch dazugebe und portioniert sei! Für den Preis von 55 CHF pro Person für Fondue Chinoise sind wir uns anderes gwöhnt! Nie wieder...

Obwohl wir am selben Tag im Fonduestall reserviert haben, wollten sie am Abend nichts mehr von dieser Reservation wissen. Zufällig konnten wir dann noch den Shitstorm des Personals in der Küche mithören, so im Sinn von „behaupten“ reserviert zu haben... Also bei einer Reservation unbedingt nach dem Namen der Receptionistin fragen... Das Raclette selbst eher durchschnittlich, für den stolzen Preis praktisch keine Beilagen. Leider auf Raclettepfänchen, wie zu Hause und nicht wie sonst im Restaurant üblich, direkt vom grossen Laib.

Das Resto hat eine sehr kleine Karte, aber das was sie haben ist sehr sehr fein. Auch das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich

Als Zwischenhalt bei der Talabfahrt gilt das Clavau Pign als ein muss bei einem Laaxer Winteraufenthalt. sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr heimelig.

Das Ski-Weekend eines Vereins führte uns kürzlich in den Laaxerhof. Den rund 80 aus der ganzen Schweiz angereisten Gästen hat das sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Servicepersonal in der grosszügigen und einladenden Bar&Lounge des Hotels zuerst einen Apéro mit feinsten Häppchen serviert. Sodann begaben wir uns in den Fonduestall „Clavau Pign“, wo unsere Gesellschaft sofort begeistert war von der urchigen und gemütlichen Atmosphäre. Das feine Fondue-Menu liess denn auch keine Wünsche offen. Hier verwöhnte uns wiederum ein sehr aufmerksames Serviceteam, bei dem auch ein Lächeln nicht fehlte. Der Laaxerhof hat seine Kompetenzen in der Durchführung von Anlässen auf eindrückliche Weise unter Beweis gestellt!

Gut, Quantität vor Qualität - für den Preis ist es ok, und die Atmosphäre ist gemütlich insgesamt. Der Service ist aber ziemlich langsam und unaufmerksam, und Qualität. . gut, igitt. Das Personal ist sehr nett.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen. Die Atmosphäre im Clavau Pign ist gemütlich und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Das Fondue war sehr lecker und das Personal äusserst aufmerksam und freundlich. So stelle ich mir einen gelungenen Abend mit Freunden vor. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!:-)

Probably one of the worst dinner experiences I ever had, which is a pity since the restaurant is so nice.Earlier in the afternoon I reserved a table through the Vallarosa restaurant, inside the Laaxerhof hotel : basically, the « Clavau Pign » is their restaurant for raclette & Fondues.The waiter took note of my reservation after consulting the restaurant (we told him we wished to eat a “Fondue Bourguignonne”), and confirmed me that everything was all right.Therefore, I was quite surprised and disappointed when they told me that no one informed them, and even more since I had to wait at the entrance while they keep discussing together in German. Then, we have been served by a girl who was simply useless and disorganised. After having waited seated for 15 min, we had to ask for a menu, then insist for having someone taking our order, and then she was unable of telling us if there was a salad or a side dish with the Fondue.I never received the second glass of wine I asked her.Surprisingly, we didn’t wait too much for the salads, but we waited quite a long time when she finally saw our empty dishes and decided to clear them away. Then, totally unexpectedly, someone from the kitchen we already saw running in the restaurant with his apron brought us a large bowl of fries… I said unexpectedly because it was long before someone decide to bring us the fondue set, the oil, or even the dishes, the forks, the meat. These all came separately, in a bizarre sequence of spaced comings. Basically, when the meat arrived the fries were cold.Re food: French fries are not fresh and the ones I tried (only because I was starving…) were only half-cooked.I don’t know who prepared the meat, but probably not a chef since the pieces were extremely varying, by sizes and shapes… Oil was boiling so much it was shooting from the pot and we had to pray three different waiters before someone finally consent to turn off the burner, since it was impossible to reduce the flame. We received only 3 sauces: aioli, Mexican and curry. Not even a mayonnaise, or a tartare… I asked for a mayonnaise and got 3 mini-single portions pouches…. So probably the others are not home-made too.Given this… I certainly didn’t ask for a dessert. Terrible. First and last time.
