Great service, very good food with top ingredients and good taste, nice details and nice ambience - absolutely recommended

Appetizers were delicious, we had high hopes for the mains. They were ok, good, but not 5-stars worth. A little bit too salty for our taste, plus the patty in the double burger was well done on one side, and medium rare on the other. All in all, it was a nice meal, plus the portions were huge. An appetizer and a main dish were a lot.

Dined here for lunch today. We walked in and the atmosphere seemed nice. We waited 5-10 minutes to be seated and eventually just sat at a table ourselves. We were disappointed by the limited menu and ordered the two pasta dishes. The food was extremely disappointing, it was cold, watery and tasteless. Best bit was the bread! Service was good but could have made better food at home.

Wonderful location with very friendly service. I had the vegan menu (always nice to come to restaurants like this) and my partner had the Cordon Bleu. Both were delicious. The fries were homemade.

The service was good, The issue was the food. The good: Goat cheese starter was great 9/10 The surf and turf was great 8/10 (though I asked for no shrimp and I was served with shrimp). Beetroot carpaccio 8/10 Hamburger was great 8/10 Beef filet 200 gram was good but the sides weren't great 7.5/10 Veal schnitzel was ok 6.5/10 Veal with mushroom sauce was ok 5/10 Cordon blu was not good 4/10 Risotto is not real Risotto. the rice used is not the proper Risotto rice it was regular rice, really not good taste, basically normal rice with creme sauce 2/10 Caccio e pepe, usually is a white pasta but it came red, overcooked pasta as well 2/10 Veggie burger was terrible, it wasn't even a burger consistency, it was mashed potatoes in a bun. 1/10

Very nice and everyone was friendly. We arrived at 6 p.m. and had our food very quickly because we were there with a toddler and baby and the waitress understood that the children didn't want to/couldn't stay long. :) Everything perfect

Hidden gem and most value-for-money meal during our 1.5 weeks in Switzerland. We were pleased with everything we ordered: lobster foam soup (highly recommended!), beef consommé, dates, beef burger (we were told the cow came from a nearby farm so it’s very fresh produce), cordon bleu. Service was excellent too. Would definitely revisit if I head back to Laax.

Bündner Spezialitäten, in sympathischem Restaurant, mit aufmerksamem, liebenswürdigem Service. Wir waren mittags wiederholt da.

Das Essen und der Service waren sehr gut. Von der Atmosphäre her ein bisschen das übliche Hotelrestaurant-Feeling. Die Speisen waren jedoch super, das Fleisch perfekt auf dem Punkt und die Crepes Suzette, welche am Tisch zubereitet werden, das absolute Highlight!

Das Essen war in Ordnung, für die Preisklasse hatten wir ein bisschen mehr erwartet. Die Pommes Frites nach Art des Hauses sahen alles andere als schön aus. Sie schmeckten dann leider auch nach altem Öl. Das Personal hat aber gut reagiert und neue "normale" gebracht, die in Ordnung waren.Alles in allem, ok für einen Abend - es schreit aber nicht nach einer Wiederholung.

Zusammen mit meinen Freundinnen haben wir einen Abend im Restaurant Vallarosa verbracht. Das umfangreiche und leckere Buffet hat mich sehr überzeugt; eine grosse Auswahl an verschiedenen regionalen Spezialitäten (wie Maluns, Capuns, Pizokel), eine Vielfalt an verschiedenen Salaten, Fisch, Fleisch, ausgezeichnete Desserts und eine Auswahl von rund 700 erlesener Weine. Was will man mehr? Sehr empfehlenswert! 

Cenamos aquí con un grupo de amigos (4 en total) después de un duro día de esquí.Fuimos a la una opción a la carta como también había disponible un buffet (que parecía bastante buena).El menú es el típico de la cocina suiza que uno podría esperar, que es lo que estábamos buscando, pero la ejecución no estaba allí. (rösti y las patatas fritas eran muy satisfactorios y no grasosa). Nos sirvieron un amuse bouche-de atún un brindis de alforfón, que era un bonito gesto, pero de nuevo no fue un éxito con nuestro grupo.El servicio era atento y amable.

Hotel Laaxerhof / Restaurant VallarosaIch wollte ein Tisch auf 19:00 Uhr für den Freitag 13.1.2017, notabene ausserhalb der Saison reservieren. Fehlanzeige! Es gibt nur fixe Servicezeiten 18:00 Uhr oder 20:30 Uhr, wie im übelsten Massentourismus gang und gäbe. Es gilt anzumerken das diese Woche Laax/Flims praktisch ausgestorben ist. Die Service-Angestellte hat mir am Telefon erklärt, dass sie nicht befugt ist über eine Ausnahme zu entscheiden aber mir die Chefin zurückrufen werde. Dies ist nun 24h her und niemand hat zurückgerufen. Gleiches bei „Ristorante Camino“. Da ich am Freitagabend meine Frau in Chur abhole, werden wir für das Abendessen gleich in Chur bleiben. Da werden die Kundenwünsche noch berücksichtigt.

Zu Ostern 2-Schichtbetrieb in Laax. Wir hatten einen Tisch in der zweiten Schicht, 20:15. Bestellung ging recht zügig voran. Dann hiess es warten, warten und abermals warten. Unverständlich: Laaxerhof weiss das Restaurant voll ist, und die Küche bekommt es nicht "gebacken". Wir waren nicht die einzigsten, die unendlich lange warten mussten. Nach 1.5 Stunden wurde dann doch noch serviert - sorry, ein klares no go. Der abschliessende offerierte Kaffee wurde verrechnet. Da hat einer den Begriff offeriert nicht verstanden. Die Weinkarte mit angeblich 800 Weinen enthält gefühlte 600 Streichungen -> doch nur 200 Weine? Nie wieder Laaxerhof.

Hemos estado unas cuantas veces al restaurante Vallarosa en el pasado. Se garantiza una maravillosa cena en un ambiente cálido y rústico ambiente típico de un complejo de esquí. Pero esta vez nos quedamos para una decepción. La comida no era hasta su calidad habitual - y esperaba - (la de Wiener Schnitzel no era crujiente, la opción vegetariana había perdido su salsa al horno - sólo parecía tanto había sido mantienen calientes por un tiempo antes de que nos sirven ... ). El servicio era bueno, como siempre, y el postre (Crèpes Suzettes) era excelente - muy bien preparados en nuestra mesa con la cantidad de espectacularidad ;) Si estás buscando una agradable noche con la comida decente Vallarosa es el lugar ideal para ti, si quieres comer quizás en otro lugar sería más adecuado a sus necesidades.

Das Essen und die Bedienung waren ausgezeichnet! Da viele Busgäste beim Abendessen waren, war der Lärmpegel anfangs zu hoch.

Gut- bürgerliche Küche, keine Spitzengastronomie... Sehr gute Weinkarte (800 Weine aus der ganzen Welt zu vernünftigen Preisen!)
