Nice atmosphere with friendly staff

The café is just great! The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, which made my visit a truly enjoyable experience. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, perfect for a cup of coffee or a snack. Totally recommended for a relaxing time with great service!

Google Search advertised this place as having pancakes. It does not. A coffee and a sad looking turkey sandwich for 17 CHF.

Too loud. Bakery goods are not fresh or home made. Not enough place to sit. The staff is not friendly and they look like they don’t won’t to be there at all. The coffee is ok but not worth visiting if you want to have a good experience.

I love this place for a little coffee break. Unfortunately, it's always very full but that's a good sign. The service and employees are very pleasant.

Coffee Fellows has a nice and cozy atmosphere. Price performance is okay and the staff is very friendly. The drink was freshly prepared and you were asked whether you wanted white milk or normal milk. It tasted very good. We recommend

Relaxed chilled out Atmosphere

I was disappointed: the cappuccino was rather weak. Smaller at 5.20. Man at the checkout with billing problem. Finally got the missing fiver back. Location is good. The view of Bärenplatz is beautiful.

Ordered 2cafe cream. taste and strength. Oh well. But I won't come anymore.

Service was excellent and fast. The employees spoke English, which was great as a tourist. Drinks are delicious, and the seating area was extremely comfortable.

First time/last time experience ! I had a took Avocado Bagel which was warm , I mean warm Salade, warm Avocado, warm tomato … It was disgusting. My friend took a Triple cheese Bagel , but that was also disgusting. Everyone have to do own experience . For me never again .

We only had tea and I can only review this; with a tea bag they gave us a giant mug full of hot water. Obviously the tea was watered down. Better a small cup with the classic teapot next to it😅

In my opinion, the best cafe in Bern. The coffee tastes great and the price/performance ratio is right. The employees are very courteous and friendly. I was served by a gentleman who responded very well to my wishes and explained the offer to me in a friendly manner. He prepared the coffee very tasty and made me happy. What I also think is great is that there is also a good selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes, which means that no one is left out. The café is also located directly in front of the Federal Palace, and therefore has a really nice view! I recommend everyone who lives in Bern or ever visits Bern to visit this café. It is worth it!

We tried the chicken sandwiches, and the butter croissant, and the hot chocolate and the minty for the chicken sandwiches the bread needs to be changed into a more softer/tender bread. Otherwise otherwise it was very delicious and the croissant was highly recommend The hot chocolate was very delicious The sales person was very nice

went here yesterday before my Day trip to Zurich. I got the 3 cheese and pastrami bagel. both were really good and service was perfect! nice atmosphere as well.

Great staff behind the counter. I drink my coffee there almost every lunchtime, always delicious. Regular guests and also walk-in customers are always served in a good mood.

i ordered the coco choc macchiato and asked if i could have it without coffee. they said yes but they gave me twice the drink with coffee… and i can‘t drink coffee. That’s unacceptable:/

We got here just before they closed down for the day, had chai latte and cheesecake. I’d say the food is kinda light. Not very heavy / thick. Perfect for a late night dessert option. Very friendly staff.

Cozy café in a top location right next to Bundesplatz. The comfortable seats by the large windows invite you to linger. Whether with a good book, a little chat with friends or just to hang on your cell phone and watch the people outside. Had a Crispy Caramel Macchiato. A very sweet drink. Yes, next time I definitely won't sprinkle any more sugar on it... Prices comparable to other coffee shop chains. Staff very friendly and grateful.

Well, I used to like the café better. The prices have increased and the quality of the products, in my opinion, has decreased. I think 6.95 for a coffee with some flavor is a lot of money. The staff could also be friendlier. The ambience is pleasant. I'll probably come back anyway because I still have a stamp card.

All things considered, the stuff is sufficient...nothing special...the staff, however, leaves a lot to be desired...for example the boss...very arrogant even with the customer, not even looking at his face...thinking he is who knows who. ..instead she's just an employee like everyone else... Not recommended. In a bar or cafe you have to have a smile for the customers... if not, sooner or later no one will go there anymore.

Very bad experience. The workers are poorly educated, not very friendly. The matcha tea I ordered was quite bad, I had to return it.

Two times given me medium cup with large orders

My personal favorite place for a quick coffee in the city. Always friendly service. The coffee beans, which are specially imported from the countries of origin, also impress with their taste and great variation. Also a good selection for vegetarians/vegans. All in all 5/5! See you next time at Fellows.

Coffee and service is very good and fast. It is also a place to work, now with covid there are less tables available, but still there is enough place to sit and enjoy your Coffee.

In reality 3.5. It is a nice place for a quick coffee but it is not really cozy. Something similar to starbucks.

We stopped here for our breakfast on arrival in Bern. We had cappuccinos ☕, which tasted great, a Croissant 🥐 and a Banana muffin. Great pastry really. The baristas are nice too 😁. Nice view of the square

The espresso was OK, although not particularly good, the service was friendly enough, the place was a bit dusty, the prices were like Starbucks.
