Coffee Island in Yverdon-les-Bains

Once I had written: Great coffee that brings Greece closer! Try freddo cappuccino with cream! Hope it expands to Geneva or Lausanne! Now I come back to change my review...Terrible experience! Train your personnel better! They did not know how to make a freddo! They were trying to read instructions! Obviously the coffee was not properly made :( I will not come back again since the quality changed so much!

Ordered the delicious coffee in the online shop that I met from the company in Crete. Paid for the goods via twint, but unfortunately never received the goods and not a single response to all my emails. Very very shabby. In my opinion this gives zero stars.

The young Latino man is very helpful and very smiling. He was able to advise me on certain types of coffees. Very clean place and an excellent general atmosphere!!! I highly recommend! 👌🏿

We were so excited when we saw that Coffee Island had opened in Switzerland and unfortunately we were completely disappointed. We asked for a frappé and a Freddo Espresso (what's more classic in Greek coffee?!) which were options on the menu and the barista told us that frappé is freddo espresso (🙄) and the coffee is Greek but he's not Greek either neither does the boss and he doesn't know what coffee is called in Greek (🙄) Finally he gave us 2 espressos with ice cubes 😂😂😂

Totally disappointed by the service. I arrived an hour before closing and they told me that they do not serve coffee. We traveled 1.5h to get greek coffee. If you do not serve coffee during all working hours, say it clearly.

Friendly barista but with no barista experience, no training, we opted for 2 basic coffees because she couldn't make us anything else. One of those places where they sell you cheap concepts.

Perfect coffee, we expect the chain to spread to the rest of the country. Maybe in Baden, Aargau for starters 😄

The service is terrible! I regularly went there to drink coffee at midday, a male waiter who seems to be in charge is not at all responsible for his tasks. Flee this place of misfortune please PS it is not the client but the server who is king! I often had to wait in the void to be served. No thanks !!!!

I went this weekend. I drank 2 fredo cappuccinos with cream. I also ate salads and sandwiches and dessert. Magnificent and the prices too for a center that everyone must visit. Very friendly staff and very good quality products. Excellent. A must-see place. !!!!

Excellent coffee, very charming staff however for the food it is quite shocking to see basic salads for 10 francs, browned and not good.. The sandwiches are really mediocre and much too expensive and for the muffins at 4.50 with 3 blueberries on top are a steal... Really a shame because the coffees, smoothies etc are delicious.

Brand new but a must-have. Excellent cappuccino.
