Coffee Makers Shop Epp AG in Zürich

This is not a shop, but rather a cellar under a car garage and if I'm not mistaken he Mr. Roland Epp has moved out to open somewhere else. I purchased online new coffee machine, but when I arrived he only had a used one so I barganed and got the used Lelit coffee machine and used coffee grinder both of which were missing parts that I then ordered along with a few other coffee items. He was easy going and took his time to find parts all over the messy warehouse, but many things were not found. Now a year later no parts have arrived at my house and shop owner is no longer reachable on email or telephone. Money was paid, but service not rendered.

So after waiting 3 months for the machine I gave away and getting it back with the same defects, I was very disappointed! The main thing is that I paid the full price! calls are not answered, etc. I hope I get a call back!

lousy, very lousy customer service. My intention to consider an SME was a mistake!
