Coffee Shop in Luzern

OMG It had nothing to do with ramen, just awful! If you know and like ramen, you should give this place a wide berth. It was some kind of foamy broth with instant noodles and chicken in it. Chicken in ramen 🫣 The chicken also had an ugly taste of its own. The photos outside do not correspond in any way to what you get inside. The waiter also just had his first day. The best thing was the coffee afterwards.

Vegi ramen soup with tofu was very tasty, service not very accommodating. You didn't feel particularly welcome.

Spicy ramen and paitan ramen are delicious. The soup tastes clean and the quantity is just right. The restaurant atmosphere is also good.

The coffee I had was an espresso, it was very good.

The spicy ramen was delicious but it could have been more fulfilling.

Courteous service, normal tea cup instead of the advertised 50cl, ok (spicy) ramen - Insta-Noodle quality. No need…

I only enjoyed a coffee. Menu was interesting. Fine snacks. Soups etc.

we are americans i was with my wife for the anniversary and we didn't speak the language and i asked the girl to help me with the food we ordered a soup and a teriyaki chicken salad all excellent but when i went to pay i saw they charged me much more for the salad from what it said on the menu $14 francs more than it was worth, I think it was unbelievable that they do this to tourists and more when we don't speak or understand the language, I made the claim they apologized and they returned the difference in money bad experience never but we will return to this place

Decent ramen. Lovely atmosphere . Part of the lovely boutique Astoria hotel. However the particular server I had in the coffee shop really put a damper on my mood. I walked in down from hotel lobby asked if they served Ramen here she said yes take a seat. I looked at menu it was all Swiss German. I asked her which soup is vegetarian ? She pointed the only one on the menu. I was polite and said can she translate off the menu description of the ingredients (Mind u it was only 4-5 different veggies ) she immediately got an attitude and hesitated with a look. She said “sir it’s vegetarian, I don’t know what’s in there it’s all veggies”. I felt that was very rude and she doesn’t seem to appreciate her work, she just wants to serve classic quick coffee cup ... I being a tourist in a foreign country didn’t kno if There was a cultural barrier between me asking her description or she just is miserable in her work. I next pointed each word on menu and said what’s this ... only then did she take a deep breath and start explaining ... noodle, corn, peas, curry... I don’t know why some People make their own lives more complicated ... she never came back to ask if I wanted a water or beverage ... or even to ask if everything is ok and to give me a bill. I ended up walking to counter asking for Cheque paying the bill and not even tipping ... I didn’t get the workers name so if management is seeing this. She is older super think blonde pale lady with some wrinkles around her eyes and lips ... my credit card receipt number is 15481 from Jan 27 2020 12:46pm

Unfriendly service, forgot my order despite the lowest number of visitors.

Gyoza appetizer was good. Ramen was just OK. The soup was a passable bouillon, the noodles had an unpleasant consistency and the other ingredients were carelessly in the soup. The service was very friendly. All in all, I wouldn't go there again.

I primarily went for the ramen, which was very good. I was a bit disappointed they only put a regular boiled egg in, rather than a ramen egg. But still a good place to go if cravong ramen in Lucerne.

A cafe with a nice atmosphere and their coffee is delicious. I haven't tried the food, but it seems to me that they give baking lessons. In general, it's a nice seat inside in the cold weather because there is no air conditioning.

The ramen was rather a veggie soup with poor seasoning. Cheap but not worth the money unfortunately.

Moderate price, Very nice Ramen, it was Satisfying. The Cappuccino was amazing! Also the service was good. 👌

I got the spicy ramen and it was great! The leek was a little hard to eat, it would be better if it was served in smaller pieces. Also the kimchi tastes a bit like pinesol to me. Other than that, it's great!

It's a shame that we didn't get any chocolate powder with the cappuccino and had to order it later.

Worst Japanese food I ever had in my life!

Very moderately priced for a good meal. The menu is not very extensive however this was not an issue - I had the Gyoza and chicken ramen and was not disappointed. Customer service was great and the staff member happily translated some of the menu to us. Would recommend.

Accidentally stumbled across this little gem searching for a place to eat. The menu isn't the most extensive but the meals were great. The staff were more than accommodating and the prices were way lower than any other restaurant we visited in lucerne. I'd highly recommend. Cheap and tasty food served by lovely people.

Price is normal for Lucerne. Venue is cozy, service not bad but the coffee is just not worth it. You can taste the UHT milk.
