The food was delicious, priced for the region and the staff very friendly. Try the local menu items. The only negative point was all of the people smoking and talking on their phone in speaker mode. Not the restaurant’s fault

In Lugano it is unbeatable for quality/price ratio. I've been going there for years and they've never had a dish wrong. The owner, known to all as Kuki, conquers with her smile and is attentive and generous with all customers.

Restaurant present for many years on the square of Lugano. Very good and with a diversified menu also depending on the seasons. Every time I take someone out to eat they are happy. Friendly and professional staff. Simple and refined environment.

Bad experience with takeaway pizza. We got two pizzas and they were raw, inedible. I honestly don't think it takes that long to make an average good pizza. It's a shame because the prices are not low and yet the quality is not guaranteed.

Very quiet environment, very friendly staff, quick in delivering the dish, delicious food. After the order a short wait. The order I imagined arrived at the table, with a very balanced price.

I have been for dinner on several occasions and honestly I have always only had the ribs with chips which I think are good. Good value for money. Courteous and helpful staff. Outside tables are also available. The services are on the lower floor. Definitely old fashioned place.

I'm sorry but today I went and I was disappointed by the behavior of the staff. I asked for a drink, and they told me that if I didn't consume a dish to come another day or in the evening. The problem was that I was there at 2pm and there were seats both outside and inside. I was disappointed, a horrible and logical experience. You can't even drink coffee because they require an increased consumption payment. It seems unreal to me that in the center of Lugano the staff of a bar are like this.

Great experience! We ate well, we were treated very well by (super) Alessandro. A real waiter, attentive, precise, fast... And friendly too! 🙂 The difference with those who "simply bring the dishes" can be felt. In short, complete package! Good food quality and good prices (considering that you are right in the center of Lugano, one minute from the bus shelter) We took two ribs, two pizzas and a homemade pasta (carbonara). Restaurant in the center of Lugano. Large terrace on the square in front of a department store. Until 11.00 coffee costs only 2 francs.

Traditional Italian food in Lugano, the wood-oven pizza was good, with lots of mozzarella and really tasty. We also had the pasta carbonara, it was supposed to be authentic but the smell of it was perhaps too strong for us Asians. Great service, bit of a language barrier if you're speaking English, menus are all in Italian.

There were no free seats inside and they offered me the outside option even though I was scantily dressed. They had a second room but it was closed. After I sat down, many customers left and they didn't offer me to come in. Other customers then couldn't find a place inside. Polenta and mushrooms were not very tasty and there were no salt or spices on the tables. Bread served in a bag instead of a basket. Nice menu (nice choice).

Arriving here by chance during an excursion to Lugano, I was able to discover a popular restaurant where the banker and the worker came to enjoy lunch. I had boletus pasta, it was simply delicious, the service was impeccable and the children were welcome. I recommend.
