3 months that I come every Tuesday and Thursday morning and sadly disappointing observation. The service in the tea room is of poor quality, I have the feeling of disturbing when I want to order, on several occasions I am asked to get up and come and order at the desk. The quality of the products, however, is impeccable.

I had two desserts today, a chestnut vermicelli and a Paris-Brest. I found the tartlets very beautiful. But the design was not equal to the container. No taste, barely sweet and a taste of mascarpone cream in abundance! I hope it was just a bad experience.

Cozy and tidy coffee shop, indoor and outdoor seating, cappuccinos are well prepared, many types of sweets, ice cream, juice, salad and soft drinks refrigerator, wrapped chocolate pieces, boxes and bags that are suitable for gifts, or chocolate per kilogram. The taste of chocolate is delicious and the service is excellent. I recommend the chocolate tart shown in the picture. 65% cocoa with vanilla ice cream and coffee 👍🏼

The place doesn't break anything and at 4 p.m. there are only 5 pastries left in the window. The service is good and the pastries delicious, that's the main thing.

It’s a shame that the service doesn’t match the products offered. The cake was excellent! I asked for truffles, I had to go about it 3 times, showing her the 6 trays (at 10 cm without exaggerating) of truffles that I wanted in the box and each time she gave me the ones other trays that I didn't want. I told her and not only did she not remove them from the box that I paid for as she continued to put the ones I didn't want, I told her forget it I paid and left thinking that this lady, it's a damn thing for me or doesn't understand what's being asked of her. This is how to sabotage the work of the professionals who work behind the scenes...
