One word - OVERPRICED for low quality sweets. OMG...Humans and their label sickness Better go to buy Callier, the most delicious Swiss Chocolate.

Clearly overpriced. 2 butter croissants and 2 cappuccino chf 16.40! Croissants were dry and probably never came close to butter. Honold lives off its name. Years ago it meant quality. Avoid at all cost.

Located in Herrliberg in the village center. Wonderful delicacies of the highest quality. Friendly staff. Cozy coffee corner. Always nice to stop by there.

Almost two years ago, Confiserie Honold was the first café I visited as a newcomer. Then as now everything was wonderful. Service, salads, espresso and baked goods are extremely good and all can be recommended😊. If you like, you can put together a few chocolates and enjoy them with a cappuccino outdoors in a very relaxed atmosphere. I really enjoy coming here again and again.

Very tasty cakes and chocolates

If you don't belong to the usual "high society" people who live in Herrliberg, you will clearly not be noticed in this shop. It once happened that four people were served before me and I was completely ignored just because I was wearing different clothes. Even if you fiddle around with your wallet, you won't receive optimal service as a person earning a normal income. Completely overpriced (a biscuit for 3.80 for example) and then there are such employees. You only go there if you earn +40k a month, because then you're with like-minded people.

This Honold is useless. They get the order wrong almost every time I go there, they have double charged me several times and they run out of most things by around 11:30 most days. It has the advantage (unfair) of being the only place allowed to open on a Sunday but if it was not for this I would never, ever use it. After the last and latest King Cake debacle I am now not going to ever use this one again. Better get the train to Stadelhofen or Kusnacht than use this Honold.

Insanely delicious berry cake and friendly staff

The goods this confectionery offers are pretty decent, however, the prices are overly high, which doesn't necessarily render this establishment as competitive amongst tourists. Their customer service is rather weak, but to be fair, it doesn't seem as though employees are trained for that purpose.

This was a delightful find in the old part of Herrliberg, Switzerland. It is on a hillside overlooking Lake Zurich. We had coffee and were immediately waited on. I highly recommend this lovely cafe, which was recommended to us by the bus driver.
