The Bluemlkisalp restaurant is a real throwback to the past, with a simple dining room that creates a homely atmosphere that is rarely found today. We had the pleasure of dining at the Metzgete there and enjoying the slaughter platter which was truly delicious. Although the staff seemed slightly stressed, resulting in slightly less friendly service, this was somewhat in keeping with the expected atmosphere of a traditional restaurant. Nevertheless, we will certainly come back. The Bluemlisalp offers a culinary experience that should not be missed, especially if you appreciate traditional dishes and a cozy restaurant.
