Confiserie L. Buet in Lausanne

I stopped by today to buy a raspberry mousse. The staff is pleasant. I asked for the list of ingredients because my boyfriend has allergies and this is what I was shown. Unfortunately they only have a description and not the precise composition. I can understand if they want to keep their recipes secret but I find it important to at least have the list of allergens to be more inclusive. I don't want to deprive myself so I bought it anyway but I'm frustrated not to be able to make my boyfriend taste it.

Service to be reviewed, the salespeople are hanging around, they are clearly not motivated to work. We can provide quality service, without hanging around for 2 minutes between customers.

Special delicacies from the patisserie and homemade ice cream of first-class quality and delicious chocolates! Friendly service, everything was great!!

Already the 2nd time I have ordered a fruit birthday cake from them Extraordinarily good cake, perfect balance of tastes, I recommend On the other hand, we just need to improve the packaging because the cake for 20 people is heavy and the cardboard sags, so you have to concentrate extremely hard to transport it to the car 😅

I come from time to time to treat myself to a little savory treat in the morning...the sandwiches are delicious! But then the reception leaves something to be desired. A haughty lady, zero smile, barely looks at you while handing over the change... Really a shame. I will look for another bakery.

The croissant and quiche were plain, not fluffy or savory. Desserts were better. This shop didn’t have tables & seats, take out only.

Baguette too expensive for 4 francs 20 and too dry and overcooked and the pastries have increased and too small for a sugar loaf at 2 francs 90 it's a steal in addition the dry pieces and the koko nuts are as hard as stones in short we should lower the prices and change the staff too and put men who are more helpful and polite with customers

I have known Maison Buet since the beginning. The quality of the products is at the highest and that of the service is constant from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday to Saturday with staff who have worked there for many years. It's just perfect. THANKS.

Bought a “crousti baguette” yesterday. A first surprise when you pick it up, because it seems suspiciously light (lack of density) When tasting, there is no smell of bread, no smell of dough, no freshness of cooking, but rather vague rancid aromas. The impression in the mouth is just as disastrous: a tasteless mixture which has the consistency of sawdust (and the taste? I have never eaten sawdust). Alas! I regret to say that this is one of the worst breads I have eaten in my life and I hope that you will quickly review the recipe so that it is up to the good standards. reputation of your establishment.

I have passed this bakery several times where the staff is always so unpleasant and honestly no friendliness, bordering on snobbish! It's a shame that the staff is not up to the task of this beautiful confectionery.

Very bad service, a lady who received us with little desire to serve us a cappuccino, saying that she would make an "exception" because as there were only 30 minutes left to close the store, she would not serve normally. Even so, the saleswoman tried to tell us that it would take more than 7 minutes to serve a simple cappuccino (which took 3). The products are very beautiful, the store is also very beautiful, but the service is terrible! I will not return only because of this lack of desire to work, that in a moment of crisis like this, where many restaurants are closed, the minimum would be warm and welcoming service. But apparently, it's increasingly rare in the city.

Aggressive saleswoman with no sympathy, doesn't apologize when a mistake is made. I remained shocked by this behavior which is unacceptable.

I am a regular customer of this bakery. Very good products, very friendly and pleasant staff. Why a star? Because of the machine for debit and credit cards. In fact, for almost a year this machine has been working every other time, this is unacceptable! This creates stress for your employees, waiting as well as bad mood! It is important to provide correct equipment to your employees and customers!

Paying more than 80 CHF for two logs for 6 people, uninteresting, or even not good (dry and tasteless)... frankly disappointed, I won't come back.

Loads of good stuff, especially chocolate related products. However not the best place for sandwiches as the choice is rather reduced and in general is rather ok(compared to the chocolats that are defenetly worth while

Best bakery and pastry in Lausanne!

Always very friendly welcome and the staff are warm! :) Regarding the breads, they are certainly quality products, but they are not to my taste. I buy it more to “help out”. We smell too much yeast, it masks the taste of food (toasts, cheese, etc.) and leaves an unpleasant aftertaste. (I prefer the Coop one which is more neutral) I'm a big fan of pastries! These are OK but nothing extraordinary... some are quite good (crème brûlée tartlets, baba au rhum, etc.) but most are nothing more (strawberry tartlets, etc.), too bland or too sweet , etc. I do not recommend fruit mousses which are.... uninteresting. Overall it's a bit disappointing though. Forget chocolates! It's really not good. Simply put, nothing you eat will make you feel “Hmmmm! » but it remains correct even if everything could be improved!

They have the worst service ive ever seen in my life so disrespectful . Dont go if u are something else then portugese and dont ask for 3 sugar in 1 coffe. !! Worst dont recommend!!

I'm disappointed, after seeing the report on TSR, I said to myself: Hey, why not go buy a cut in this bakery! Unfortunately, the cut was a little overcooked and above all, the butter used was rancid. It left a taste of onions in my mouth. At 7:30 in the morning, it wasn't great.
