Confiseur Bachmann AG - Zugerland in Steinhausen

Ladies and Gentlemen Today I visited Zugerland with my wife and made a stopover at "Kafi Bachmann". Because a meeting with my wife's sister was planned there. Since there were several of us, I had a table reserved in advance. I was very happy to see that it worked. Everything was as I thought it would be. Now I would like to say a few things about the service, the ambience and the offering. That was just great. The employees welcomed and served us with a friendliness that many other businesses could learn something from. The range of food and other things on offer is not only commendable but also very appetizing and very, very tasty. The whole store, including everything behind the counter, is very clean and well maintained. The whole store is checked and cleaned regularly and the dirty dishes are always cleared away. There is rarely anything left standing around. It was also possible to observe how Ms. Stalder (branch manager) always kept an eye on everything, even though that wasn't necessary because the other employees, including the trainees, did a great job too. A big compliment to the nice team in Zugerland! Service and friendliness are top! The espresso is the best I've ever had! The ambience in the café is fitting and cozy. The earlier tablets were better and more elegant/pretty.

Super great bakery with very friendly staff!

Unfortunately, the price/performance ratio is no longer right. The staff is a catastrophe, I can also understand this starvation wage..... The food is more likely to be thrown at you. No place to eat so you almost have to eat everything. Panini to go and not on the plate, if you ask for an extra charge, but with the right service. Just think about it more in the office and don't just see the money 💰.

Food good, service unfortunately not. I shopped three times and something went wrong twice. The last time I waited 25 minutes for my lunch because the sales staff didn't pass on the number to the kitchen team. The latter apologized for the sales staff - the sales staff simply didn't care. Customer focus works differently.

Delicious salads and sandwiches. But the pretzels have gotten a little expensive lately. :-D

I was always a fan of the sandwiches, but this time I was super disappointed, the tuna rolls had a sour taste and the salmon rolls were very dry. This is no longer the quality we are used to from the Bachmann Bakery. ☹️☹️☹️

Quality top: especially the paillasse bread and the vanilla Berliner 👌 To be improved: Service organization at lunchtime, which is sometimes chaotic. The best thing would be a queue like at check-in at the airport.

There are such delicious cakes at Bachman that you would love to buy and try them all 😋

Big compliments to the entire Zugerland team. They do a lot every day at these high frequencies that they have to “handle”. However, you don't feel like you've been "handled" and the service is always extremely friendly and quick. I also appreciate that as a regular customer you are addressed by your name. Keep it up 😊

Very good and many different breads. Large selection of confectionery and fine jams. Good quality for everything offered in the store. Very friendly staff at all times, even when there are queues.

Ladies and Gentlemen My wife and I have been regular customers in Zugerland for a long time and enjoy being pampered. The range of goods on offer is always beautifully presented and at any time of the day. The cleanliness, whether in the products, which are very tasty, or in the “Kafi”, leaves nothing to be desired. All of your employees are very competent, always very kind and courteous to us, which we really appreciate. We have never had a negative experience, feel very comfortable in this branch and are always happy to visit. Unfriendly employees. Instead of 12 Luxemburgerli, she gave us 10 today, very inattentive and unfriendly.

Best cream slices & best vermicelles far and wide. The gallery upstairs is also cozy for drinking coffee. It would be nice if there was also a cafe in the Bachmann im Metalli.

Typical bachmann. Here they have slso good pizzas, fresh sandwiches everyday, bakery, coffee not so great though. The place is nice.

Steinhausen ZG in the shopping center was a top service. But it is a self-service restaurant.

I like to go to “Bachme” for lunch. Always fresh sandwiches, salads and a delicious apple strudel. Friendly service.

I went to the Bachmann in Zugerland today. With a friend and our children. I know that children are looked at askance almost everywhere when you go to a coffee shop or restaurant. But what one of your employees allowed herself to do today is not possible! My daughter (who just turned 3) lost sight of me for a moment and called out to me at a volume that I didn't like. But the fact that an employee takes the liberty of reprimanding my child is definitely going too far. Especially because I immediately told my daughter that it was too loud. What was the icing on the cake was that this one employee continued to complain about the situation behind our backs. Highly unprofessional, especially as we heard it. And when we left, people looked us up and down and looked at us very disparagingly. 4 employees stood there and checked us out!!! Impudence!!! The star goes to the Luxemburgerli!

The treatment of employees is extremely bad! Only minimum wages are paid. Employees must accept so-called X days. They are free on these days but must be on call by 10 a.m. Without compensation! If they have to help out in other branches, the additional costs will not be compensated. Terminated employees must hand in their work clothes to other branches at their own expense and in their free time. If they don't want to (or can't) do this, they are threatened that their wages and job reference will only be given afterwards! Pooh!

Very courteous staff. They really know how to serve their customers in a friendly and competent manner. Always in a good mood and always ready with a friendly smile, even when there is a lot of customer traffic.

Service is mostly very good, sometimes a bit stressful. They respond well to special requests and are very accommodating. The food is not always very hot but otherwise very tasty.

Very fine products and friendly service

Super great confeserie in Zugerland. Bachmann was my first port of call on my first morning when I moved to Zug and I have to say I was impressed by the friendly, accommodating team from the start. The selection is huge, from chocolates to ice cream to delicious canapés (especially those with salmon) to sandwiches and delicious fresh bread (I love the after-work bread). I look forward to being a guest at Bachmann in Zugerland every morning :-)

I like going to Bachmann, they have very fine products, especially (Silser crusted ham sandwich), the service especially from Ms. Montero is always top!

Long waiting times. Orders are given away. Spent my lunch time waiting.

Very nice café with a homely, cozy atmosphere. Compliments to the architect 😃. Friendly staff. The price of coffee is rather on the high end considering that you are not served.
