There is no butter and jam after 11am? Then you go out for dinner and then you have to explain to your child that there is no jam or butter in the COOP. How come? Coffee is too cold. Were there in the evening too. Schnitzel is pre-cooked. How come ? It was just toe and greasy. It's a bit sad + you don't pay much either

Nice Restaurant. Every staff member I talked to spoke really good English and helped me because I didn't know the system. They also informed us well what is included and what not with what we ordered. Good value for the price.

Unfortunately the prices are too expensive for the size of the menu portions. It can't be that I eat cheaper in a canteen/restaurant in Zurich than in the Coop restaurant in Würenlingen.

The staff is nice and helpful, but the food... salad with sand, mushrooms with sand and soil, chicken breast not cooked through. It can happen every now and then, but here it happens again and again for years. EDIT: I have now been charged 8.95 three times for a sandwich that costs 7.95. We always like the large selection of different dishes, both main courses and starters. The prices for the main courses are very fair by Swiss standards. It's also nice to be able to put together all the side dishes for a main course yourself. The price is always the same. Very good thing. The restaurant is very large with 2 different rooms. There is also a large outdoor terrace. It offers a beautiful view of the landscape. In winter the chairs are covered with warm fur. The waiting times at the food counter are usually moderate and not a problem. The food itself is very tasty and usually plentiful. Overall, you can say that a stop before or after shopping at the Coop is always worth it. We like to come back again and again. The restaurant was completely renovated in 2022. Now it is bigger, brighter and much better for families with children because a playground has been added. Overall, a significant improvement.

I find it very difficult to find a suitable menu or something to eat for my daughter who has celiac disease. Not all chefs understand the problem, and sometimes people simply don't take them seriously. Vegan and vegetarian is declared, gluten-free not at all! Gluten free for celiac disease is not a lifestyle but a serious autoimmune disease and should be taken seriously by all employees. Are fries e.g. gluten free? That would be the least to know.
