Good breakfast offering, everything clean, would be happy again.

Some very unpleasant staff. No good morning, no price is said, only a hand is held out. Depending on the employee, the cups and spoons are not refilled. If you say something, you'll be flippant: it has wooden sticks. The lady prefers to talk to the guests. I worked at the Manora Restaurant myself.

The food in the Coop restaurant is a disgrace!

The food wasn't great Fries only warm schnitzel From the shoemaker (leather sole) Plate not really warm. The star is for the salad and coffee. Ps rest is cool.

The food is always good. Unfortunately, the fries thing is a bit stupid. If you have to wait at lunchtime until the fries are ready and the rest is already on the plate, something has failed in the organization.... Just assign a person who only makes fries....

You can argue about the ambience, but the price-performance ratio is excellent. I also thanked the chef.

Satisfactory value for money. We eat at the Coop every time when we come to Rorschach.

We were there eating, but an old woman was sick 🤮 almost consciously, no one helped her, nor did we eat because the floor in front of us was full 🤮, we also personally told the staff and boss but they weren't interested !!! A pity

I often eat at the Coop and can easily be combined with shopping. Good salad buffet and muesli. The hot dishes are not very varied, but is normal and good in this type of restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff, which I really appreciate!

The food is very good. The lamps in the back are very dangerous because they are not above the tables and you can quickly hit your head. Tables should be placed differently or lamps should be hung higher

Saturday 8:20 a.m.: About 10 people are sitting in the restaurant. There are no sandwiches. Sandwiches, probably from the day before, completely soaked. At the first bite it turns out that it is whole grain bread, which was neither visible nor written on before. For the occupancy, Fr. 3.95 is almost an outrage. Inedible! Our table is dirty and smeared! An employee cleans the floor between the seated guests with the loudly whirring machine! As a host, I would be ashamed to expect this from guests. Those were the days when you could comfortably drink or eat something here. I never again!

Nice Coop Restaurant 👌, everything clean with friendly staff 👩🏻&🧑🏻. The food 🍽 😋 was very well prepared, just as I wished. The chairs 🪑 are comfortable to sit on. The large windows offer a good view of downtown Rorschach.

It was probably my inattention: I accidentally grabbed the largest plate from the stack to get something from the buffet, because I didn't realize that the price is calculated based on plate size and not weight (like the competition). It wasn't until a little later that I overheard another cashier pointing out to a customer that the amount of food on her plate was more in line with the middle plate. She graciously charged her the cheaper price. My cashier didn't ask me about it, even though there was room for my amount in the small one. And the measly pieces of meat that were available were half fat. And that before 12 p.m. Everything on a cold plate; luckily it had a microwave oven. Update: Many thanks to Coop-Restaurant Rorschach. I received a CHF 10 voucher card for the ailments, which I would of course like to redeem with you.

Good food and friendly Choch. Visited the restaurant shortly after 1 p.m. everything was still available, fresh and warm. Enough places to sit.

Mostly well cooked with variety in the menu. Price/performance is right. Partly self-service, plates can be filled individually. Enough space in the very clean and well-arranged restaurant.

Many thanks to Claudio and his team who cook so well! We eat at the Coop Rorschach almost every day. The selection is simply top and always fresh. Special requests are always taken into account. But what we like most is that everyone is always cheerful, friendly and their hospitality is practically unbeatable. People also greet you as you walk past. Simply recommended. Very nicely decorated, good prices, selection not huge, but enough. Food tastes very good.

Very bad potato gratin. Unfortunately, potatoes with skin are too lazy to prepare. It doesn't work at all. Vegetables aren't great either. Price is way too expensive if you don't fill your plate. I'll have a great time in the resto Menu.

Such a beautiful decoration, lighting in front of the Christmas tree, clean, hygienic toilet, large wall for shopping, I have lovely days off there, enjoy a fantastic holiday. Thank you very much..

Actually a good restaurant. The dishes are usually very good, but not always. There is now an employee who only makes measly portions. These are then not appropriate for the price.

I can't judge it objectively because I don't want to blame the kitchen staff; personally, I'm not a fan of large kitchens and the quality that is sometimes presented as complete. It will almost certainly not be my regular restaurant in there. I know the internal processes of such supermarket canteens too well from my previous work in the service area for such devices. I don't HAVE to have them if the "freshly" fried fries taste like crispy fish 🤭🤢

Very nicely done after the renovation. Lots of places inside and outside. The coffee was very fine, even lactose-free coffee cream was available. The price is 2.95 chf, you really can't complain. The man at the checkout was also very nice.

Everything I need is there and there is always enough parking space.

Self-service restaurant with delicious and cheap food in the city center!

This Coop restaurant has been beautifully renovated. The atmosphere is very cozy and the room is bright and friendly. I was positively surprised by the self-choice buffet, finally really hot food in this form! The vegetables, the side dish and the meat tasted delicious.

Today's lunch was a total failure, the schnitzel was in the warming box for 5 hours, it was dried out and tough as leather, it's a shame that something like that is served to you. 1 star is still far too good for this restaurant

Since the Coop was renovated, it has become much more attractive and friendlier

Seems functional but somehow sterile/cold. Something green/living is missing. I treated myself to breakfast on Saturday before going shopping. It was special and exciting. I/we will be back.

The renovation in 2018 created a contemporary, fresh and friendly atmosphere. A small play area provides variety for the youngest!

Bigger, nicer but takes some getting used to

We went to the COOP restaurant for lunch today. Long queue at the checkout, only one checkout open at 12 p.m.!!! When we complained that the food was getting cold, it turned out that the second cashier was on break. This is an unacceptable situation, we were there for the first and last time. And to make matters worse, my venison schnitzel was raw (not pink) :-( Unfortunately you have to give it a star so that it can be posted, otherwise we wouldn't have given one.

The rest turned out beautifully. Except for the seats at the windows, it's like you're on display. Everything is a little too “naked”.

Best shop in Rorschach! He's currently renovating but that'll end soon! Top shop. As always, prices at Coop are a little more expensive than at Migros and Co, but the quality is also a lot better!

Coop with all the important things for everyday life. Friendly staff. Large selection of magazines (more in the gossip section).

Coop is a supermarket chain. As such, their restaurant business is modelled to be efficient and all-encompassing. You'll be hard pressed to find something here that you actively dislike as the food's consistently good. On the downside, it will never offer any culinary delights. The food's unremarkable in any sense of the word. Neither good nor bad, but if you're hungry, it's a good place to be.

It's nice if you can sit outside.
