I've been eating lunch at the coop restaurant every now and then for over 2 years. Since then, every time I took a bratwurst with fries, the sausage was simply cold.

I wouldn't call it food, more like listless food. The former chefs are also very friendly. Not only does the current staff cook really poorly and sometimes even horribly, it also seems that they are extremely unmotivated. The question every chef has to ask himself: if it were my restaurant, could I survive with it? Bankruptcy would be guaranteed within a short period of time. Here they would have cool working hours that every chef would like. However, I am sure that other chefs appreciate it more and cook with more motivation. In any case, what you eat here requires neither chefs nor taste buds. and I have to say I eat here regularly and am now fed up. I do not come anymore.

When we asked whether there was still meat (1 piece was still available in the self-service) and fries (two fries were still on display), we were rudely told that there was still everything, but they weren't refilled. At 11:40 a.m. there was just the stupid statement that lunch had just begun to be prepared, even though food was supposed to be available from 11:00 a.m. It's a shame there is no friendly staff as we enjoyed eating there from time to time but probably won't do so again in the future.

Hunger took us to the Coop Restaurant repeatedly. The tables in the restaurant were clean, the staff was friendly and the atmosphere was very pleasant with a diverse range of customers. I was initially very pleased with the vegan menu (vegetable casserole). Unfortunately, I was very disappointed in terms of appearance (color, structure), taste (no taste) and composition of the ingredients (simply omitting animal products from a menu does not correspond to a wholesome (vegan) meal)! If someone tries this vegan menu for the first time, they will think twice or three times about choosing such a menu again in the future or not switching to the standard meat menu. What a shame!

Unfriendly staff: I hadn't been served so unfriendly in a long time. I went to get food today (4/1/23 at 3:20 p.m.). The chef who took our food was so unfriendly. He served us like we were begging for food and not paying for it. I found the behavior unacceptable. Another employee also came and asked the chef whether the fish and chips were frozen or from the day before, the chef said that they were frozen. Then the other employee said haha ​​a family just called who apparently had to throw up because of the fish & chips. Then you made fun of the family for lying! Sorry but you don't do that and especially not in front of other customers! Just unfriendly staff, maybe there should be better training here

I eat here every weekday. The service is clean and fast, so I am happy to drive over from my workplace, which is approx. It's 10 minutes away and still fits into my 1 hour lunch time. The brown sauce is terrible 🙈 like everywhere here in Switzerland, but they must love it, I respect that, but if it's on the menu, I'll warn you in advance that I won't ask for it 😜 It's just that the three types of menu are good👍 but the 9.90 could be more varied , not the same thing for a week... 🙈But really, just this much as constructive criticism! 👍

Since I've only been to the restaurant once, I can't say much about it. Basically it looks nice and clean and the staff seems friendly. However, the selection of main courses is rather moderate compared to other Coop and Migros restaurants. However, there is also a salad and a small dessert buffet. In addition, my food (pasta with pork schnitzel in campignon sauce) was quite blandly seasoned and there was no sign of a cruet for seasoning anywhere. However, the taste of the food was good. Deductions for small selection and blandness of the food without the possibility of seasoning.
